This lancer replica is a must have for any Gears of War fan! The LED's and the detail in the gun really adds that authenticity that it needs. The chainsaw handle moves along with the sight. I also love that it comes with a removable flashlight, just like the game. I gave this a 5 star review because of how amazing it really is, but my only complaint is that it DOES NOT make any sound effects from the game. According to Best Buy's website it says that it makes sound effects but unfortunately it does not. Other websites that sell this do not show that it makes sound effects, just Best Buy. So I suggest removing that for future purchasers, but that's why I am writing this review to let people know. Also not too big of a deal but it does not come with batteries either. It requires 3 AAA and 4 C batteries. I feel for the price the replica should at least come with the batteries too. Other than those 2 things, this thing is amazing and I plan on hanging it up on my wall!

Tons of fun but isnt worth the price. Very authentic and lots of cool nifty thing about it like the light and the safety and sights but they removed or didnt add the sound. Its all there to add a speaker but they didnt think it would be cool to have sound effects for that price.

Found this gem by accident but immediately picked her up and had to have it. Great piece for a collection, can be used as a prop for a costume. Now all you need is some COG armor and you can take on the Hordes.

I really wanted to like it. My son is really into the game and I thought it would be cool to get a replica lancer for our game room. There were a few cool things about it, like realistic Cocking bolt Action, Safety Switch (turns the lights off and on and prevents trigger pulls) functioning flashlight, scope flips up and down and of course the bloddy paint job. However this is where I draw the line at price, It's DEFINITELY not Current price cool. I would say 1/2 that or less. Reason for that is because the thing makes no sound at all. The kicker is that the lancer is definitely set up for sound. If you look at the stock you'll see there are three slits for speaker sound output. When you remove the battery tray you can flash a light in towards the area were the speak should be and you see the mold is set up to hold a small 2.5" speaker with mounting holes. Why would such a detrimental feature be removed? Also the barrel is CHEAPLY made compared to the rest of the lancer. One misplaced smack to the barrel as your having fun with it and you'll break it off. Fearing the worse I promptly returned it.

This thing is beautifully replicated from in game data to provide an amazing replica for any fan of the series.

for anyone who is a huge fan of gears of war and wants to cosplay this is the best thing to buy
