    I purchased this item 1/1/2017. The product looked great but the manufacture forgot to put the battery cradle in the product. This product was too expensive to have this error. Long story short I emailed the company, after stringing me along saying they were going to mail me the part, they never did and stopped responding to my emails. I returned this product to Best Buy on the 29th day of trying to get resolution to my problem.

    I was extensively looking at this Lancer. I thought this was gonna be awesome as I left the store. When I got home I was highly disappointed. At 150 price point I thought it would be durable and made of high quality material. I was wrong. It's cheap plastic and the color was way off. Kinda looked like someone just brushed the paint on.
