Great value in this headset- wish I could use with other items but great to not have the wire anymore.

My kids are enjoying these head sets and I am very pleased that I decided to go with these over another brand. The sales associate was very helpful with my questions and assistance with my decision.

Great sound great controls on the side and comfortable I have used it for over 5 hours at a time with no issues whatsoever! The only thing is every so often after turning on and off my Xbox for a few weeks the sound will switch side and come out of the wrong side, easy fix thou, just unplug the USB transmitter and plug it back in

I've tried a lot of Turtle Beach headsets that plug into the controller and none of them can push out any bass. I've used wireless headsets with the PS4 and they worked great. I've finally found good sound and the extra bass button pumps out during the right games. I would definitely recommend this headset to everyone I know.

I bought 2 pair of these headphones. One was purchased in store and the other was ordered online while they both suffered from the same issue. The mic didn't work for either. The sound quality was solid as you could hear gameplay just fine, unfortunately you couldn't communicate with other gamers. These were Christmas gifts that I was excited to give out only to be let down and stuck with a defective pair. The store was able to exchange 1 pair in store because I made it just before the 15 day return policy and that pair is working fine. The other pair unfortunately has become a failed Christmas gift that is now stuck in someone's home. They weren't able to return it before the 15 days because they were out of town and upon return was informed that it was too late. Even though I called into customer service a week after purchase to report the same issue with both headsets. I was told that customer service only handled the online purchase and the one purchased in store had to be handled in store. Very disappointed! Oh and don't even think about calling the PHP customer service in the instruction manuals. Called them for 3 days straight only to receive the same automated system telling to call between certain business hours while clearly calling during the appropriate hours.

For the price I would say these headphones are amazing. I use them to both listen to my tv while my wife is asleep or for gaming where I want to turn up the volume to hear the surroundings. You can adjust chat volume and game volume to where both are at your preference. Easy to charge as well!

I've been using this headset since my purchase in Jun (7 months). I haven't had any issues at all with this headset. It will works great. Great sounds. It allows you to hear chat and game or just one or the other. You can also mute yourself and has noise reduction. Absolutely great headset.

PROS: GREAT SOUND QUALITY ! AND I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR LONG GAMING SESSIONS. CONS: THE MIC ISNT AS FELXIABLE AS I LIKE IT TO BE.

These headphones were perfect for my daughter. They hook up only needing the USB dongle included in the box. The have no problem connecting up and are very comfortable for her to wear. I think we got them for $80 or $90 which is way cheaper than the other wireless stuff out there. Terrific buy for us.

Great sound. Only complaint I would have is control for chat and game are a little confusing. Feel like knobs should be reversed.

In my opinion it's the best bang for your buck headset. Not too bulky, but a little tricky to set up.
