Great battery life, easy to charge over night, you can charge while using also, and it doesn't make that awful buzzing noise like the older ones.

Won't charge the headset at all after using multiple different cords I've ruled out everything but the headset itself. Taking it back to Bb tomorrow and I'll try a different one

Good performance for a great price

I have friends that have way more expensive models that seem no better than mine. Works great with my Windows 10 laptop.

Great quality sound but difficult to sync

Controls are good. Only issue is syncing the headset via Bluetooth. Sometimes it syncs when turning them on. Other times they don't sync. Cycling the Bluetooth transmitter thumb drive on the back of the console does the trick.

I took off one star, as the first one was defective. The return process wasn't very smooth either, but he is very happy with them now.
