Just what he was looking at and wanted store did not have any in stock so they ordered them right there had them delivered to our house and was in great packing and shipped and showed up just like they said on time

Great headset, was very helpful and useful for my gaming experience.

This headset was a bit pricier than the other headsets, but after talking to the workers at Best Buy, I purchased this one because they said this one is not returned very often compared to other brands.

Love that it's completely wireless but one side already quit working correctly and we just got it a few weeks ago. It works sometimes and other times nothing. Will be exchanged as soon as I take I can make my way back to the store.

I have turtle beach wireless headsets for ps4 I returned these 3 days after buying and got the TB 450x headsets for $50 more. It was like going from a high class 5 star restaurant on Valentine's Day with candle lighting wine a steak dinner Walking up to a limo on a red carpet to a local burger king drive thru that you walked up to order the food cause gas prices went up. Save your time and money. Spend the extra $50 even if you need to just order off the dollar menu for a while at Burger King to afford them. Honestly if you can't just use the headsets that came with your phone and plug them in. Anything but these headsets will do.

This headset was my first wireless gaming headset, it took a couple of weeks for it to show its true colors, sound is truly good, but it started with lots of interference, followed by the headset cutting off at random and ended with it just going haywire, not staying on, giving a low battery signal just after being charged fully, finally it just stop working, i had the warranty but got screwed on that too, dont buy find other options.

i bought 3 of them for christmas my kids love them they had more expensive ones and cheaper ones like these the best

great headphones for gameplay. really comfortable over ears. will not cause any discomfort.

Weird static feedback. Disappointed for an $80 headset

I'm hoping we just got a dud pair and that this isn't standard quality for this company. These headphones quit working 1.5 months after purchasing on 1/29/17. The microphone shorts out. I've been in contact with the PDP company on replacing the "Microphone part only". I will say that so far they've been accommodating but the process isn't over yet. We'll see. The maker, not Best Buy, want to replace the microphone.
