The headset is great, however I have to use a small piece of wood to hold the microphone in place of the output comes out scrambled and people can’t clearly hear me when playing online. After adding the chip of wood, it works perfect. Too bad they didn’t make it a little higher quality...

Not worth the money

Amazing but problematic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I chose this headset because everyone I know has turtle Beach headsets and they tell me they break every couple months. Obviously no one wants a headset like that so I got this one. The sound quality is amazing, it's comfortable as well, and is great for long hours of gaming. However.... The first set I got the speakers were backwards if someone was shooting at me to the left it would play through the right speaker and vice versa... Makes for a very confusing match. So I exchanged it like anyone would do. Now my second headset within a month is now having issues to were the sound will completely cut out but the headset stays on and the microphone will work but you can't hear game nor chat volume. It won't work at all unless you turn your Xbox off and back on. (I have tested it on two xboxs and the issue persists). If I can get one that isn't problematic then I will be ecstatic because it is an amazing headset. Third times a charm after all.

You sound like you're in a fish bowl & bad battery

There are no instructions for what the buttons do on the headset and when you finally manage to get it to work the battery dies and people comment that you sound like you're in a fishbowl. Try looking for this headset on the pdp website, there is no support and it shows for this poorly made product. Will be returning this item.
