Not 1/18 scale!

Best Buy is a great company! This item is utter trash! The only reason I ordered this item is because it's marketed at 1/18 scale. I happen to collect 1/18 scale figures and vehicles and I thought it would make an awesome addition. It shows up I open the box, it's half that size. That's called 1/36 scale. I ordered mine from the Bioware store. Never order anything from them! Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops asking me to send them photos and dimensions form the item, only to say sorry we can't help you. I even said I'd take store credit. Nothing! The item is junk on top of that it's made from cheap pot metal, and the led lights don't even work.
