I purchased this wireless guitar controller from Best Buy as an open-box item, which was labeled “Good” and said it included all parts. What wasn’t clear—and really should be - is that the controller requires a dongle to connect to an Xbox. This isn’t mentioned anywhere in the product listing, and most reviews don’t explain it either. When mine arrived, the dongle was missing. It took me a long time to figure out where it should have been stored: hidden under the removable guitar faceplate. There’s a small compartment near the strum bar where parts can be held, and one slot is specifically for the dongle. Because the dongle wasn’t included, I had no choice but to return the controller. Best Buy did not cover shipping and also would not exchange it for a new one unless I paid the price difference. Essentially, I wasted time and money with no benefit. Bottom line: If you’re buying this, especially open box, make sure it includes the dongle - without it, the controller is useless.

At first was really excited, it is plug in and play, no software needed. However the plug is very sensitive, will lose connection with control if you move the wrong way, happened within a week of the purchase. Also the buttons underneath is a little uncomfortable. The good things about this control is it comes with a free month of Xbox pass and the color looks good

It feels good in my hand, buttons are nice, and you can choose your back pedals. Overall really good xbox alternative. 9/10

No complaints. Works great. As described. Cable is long and strong enough to withhold my sons jumping up and down with controller.

Not gonna lie. I got this controller purely on looks. I was surprised however that it works seamlessly between the Xbox and the PC.

Its a basic, no frills wired controller. Been using it to play Cyberpunk recently on my laptop. Works perfectly fine.
