Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So while I was very excited to finally get my hands on one of these to properly learn plastic guitar, I noticed a lot of quality issues with this guitar that has since turned me off from using it and will now be returned. The blue button, only 3 songs in, decided to become very difficult to press, especially with the pinky. No other button has this issue getting stuck. The tilt sensor is also wildly inconsistent, having me tilt to a 90° angle on some songs but then only lifting it a hair for others. The PDP support website to try and submit a claim is a mess and doesn't even seem to exist for me. Overall, this left me horribly disappointed and I know trying to find a replacement to win the QC lottery will be a hassle with how short-lived the stock is.
