Buttons on top are a little big and the notch in the yellow buttion isnt as profound if it should be.

Great peripheral. Easy to connect and long lasting battery as well.

A little pricey but is in every way a quality of life upgrade from the old pdp and madcatz first part peripherals for rock band. The thumbstick on the headstock is a neat addition and the buttons feel great.

Satisfied with the functionality, cost and quality. Price was affordable and worth it, it is nice to no longer need batteries or rechargable battery packs for the controller. The usb-c cable with it was longer than I was expecting.

This guitar feels good in your hands, a nice size, and the buttons are sturdy enough for many hours of shredding. There are no complaints for this controller. It works on PC and newer Xboxes. It does not work for Xbox 360 Rock Band 2 sadly which is what I hoped for when I bought it. That's not their fault though, it never claimed to on the box.

I got this for my boyfriend for christmas. he emulated guitar hero on his PC. Hes so invested he wont even let me have a turn.

The shape of the guitar is a little rough. The neck shape and material is a rather harsh plastic, so certain grips can be uncomfortable. It works pretty well, though I think the squishy strum bar could be much better (back-and-forth strumming seems a little off). I would have liked the buttons (like Star Power) to have been spaced or shaped differently so they stand out more clearly. I would have also liked if the frets depressed just a LITTLE less. They bottom out too low for my liking, as transitioning between them occasionally gets hindered by the solid sections of the neck between the frets. It's overall a decent enough guitar. Given the lack of market competition (or new rhythm games to support it), it does the job well enough. It's on the high side for the price (it's more than game+guitar bundles cost in the 360 era), but that's kind of the state of the music game genre.

Very good guitar controller very easy to use solid build

You were excited to see that somebody had made a guitar again so we could play our older games and have fun. It was easy to use and connected very quickly it's not a bad price for what you're getting it's much less than a complicated control you normally pay $150 for her so I think the price is fair the build quality is durable and it folds in half for Easy Storage if you don't have a guitar stand.

I find the guitar pretty good, no issues for me. Played Clone Hero and Fortnite Festival and yea its pretty fun playing with the guitar instead of a keyboard, so I would say its an awesome item to add to your collection in your room.

Love the Riffmaster but it isn't perfect it has its flaws like the strum bar being to small in my opinion.

Easy to use and holds a charge well. Unit has a sturdy feel and works well with the Xbox X. Definitely worth the money.

I am 26 years old and have been playing rhythm games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band since my childhood. I was thrilled to hear about Fortnite Festival and a new guitar controller being made. This guitar controller truly feels like a next-gen guitar controller. The fret buttons feel great and I appreciate the USB-C charging port. Also, a USB to USB-C charging cable is included in the box. The guitar controller works flawlessly with Rock Band 4. I am so happy I was able to get one before they sold out.

The RIFFMASTER Wireless Guitar definitely feels on the cheap side, the plastic and buttons don’t have the same solid quality I was hoping for. That said, for the price it’s doable if you just want a budget option to get by. In my case, I ended up returning it and went with the original Guitar Hero controller instead. The difference in build and playability is huge! If you’re serious about the game, I’d recommend spending a little extra on the original version.

The extra buttons on the back of the... grips(?) are nice for some games but don't get in the way. Plug and play, haven't had any problems. The controller feels light, my kid likes it more than the heavier wireless controller.

This was my first time buying this type of product, so I was unaware of how it should perform compared and how it should feel when using this game controller. Overall, it was fine to use to get used to, but I soon had gotten a second one, and realized the first one was detective due to the buttons being insanely hard to press in. Unfortunately I think this was just an issue with the model, so I gave it 3 out of 5 stars anyway. I ended up purchasing a third one that I have been using for over a month with no problems :) I would recommend this product if you plan on playing games that use the Guitar!
