This is probably one of the best smartwatches for the money. BUT, since Fitbit bought Pebble, the future of this product is probably not going to be good. I bought it anyway, since no other smartwatches fit my needs a s well as this watch. It's very lightweight, excellent battery life, easy to read at all times, vibration is the strongest I've felt. Now the heartbeat/ pulse detector is bad. Don't buy it for that. Just ignore that part. It's that bad. Actually, just buy the cheaper version that doesn't have it. Much better deal. Oh and I love that I text by voice very quickly, accurately and easily from the watch, too. It's a great watch. Too bad it's not going to be supported in the future.

Just watch is simple, yet very functional. I have found this watch to be exactly what I have needed to be introduced into the smart watch genre. It's a good starter watch.

This pebble feels so right, the screen is viewable from shallow angles, due to the flat glass on top of the screen. The speed is immidiately quick, apps load up instantly, start up and shut down are in milliseconds... The pebbleOS a in the world of programming is a masterpiece, a real time operating system that is buttery smooth.... The App Store is fun, and I hope and and pray that flitbit will keep it running for hobbiest.... The pebble is also a great way to learn to program is C.... There is an SDK, and cloudpebble a online IDE for writing programs to make your own watch faces and apps....it even has a cool emulator so you can test your work.... I have tested all smart watches, and the only one that is actually smart is the pebble.....with its always on display and 10 day baterry life the pebble 2 hr is a masterpiece of electronics design !

I wanted a watch to keep track of my distance and heartrate. This watch works great in both aspects. I also wanted something for notifications from my phone. I didn't want to read the msg from the watch just see what it is and who sent it. The watch works great for this too (especially when I'm on my motorcycle). I can glance to see if it's important enough for me to respond immediately or not. I like being able to respond to texts through the watch. It saves me from getting my phone out of my desk if I need to respond quickly.

Unfortunately company purchased by Fitbit. Fitbit will support for 1 year. Look for them to come out with something similar.

Track steps and heart rate accurate enough. Best battery life you're going to find in any smart watch. One of the largest supported 3rd party apps. Water resistant up to 30m. Quite a great product!

besides the available free apps for the smartwatch that you need the battery life is 7 days as advertised...

Notifications work great using my Android phone, love the fact that the display is always on and I can always look at the time at all times. Great battery life.

This is a cool watch. sometimes it does have glitches but mostly easy to fix. Sad Pebble has decided to discontinue making anymore products. It didn't give a warning so Im stuck with this watch until it no longer works on its own. since theres no longer tech support on it either.

I bought this because of the price, the fact it was Bluetooth instead of another data plan, and for the toughness because it is for my son, but you have to redo the Bluetooth connection too often.
