Great face options Accurate step measures Long battery life

I owned a Samsung Gear S smartwatch that failed while under warranty, and since I believed that I may not want to continue with the new Gear S that Samsung was going to send me, I decided to purchase a Pebble Time on the same day that I returned my Gear S to Samsung for repair or replacement. Within the first day of use I knew that the Pebble Time was the best watch for me. It is not a duplication of your smartphone on your wrist, like the Samsung and Google Wear devices strive to be. Instead, the Pebble Time is that just right extension of your smartphone, and for me it is perfect! Simple but powerful, unobtrusive, and priced right.

While this watch is an upgrade over the original pebble (if not only because you can use it as a standalone watch) the functionality is much the same. The battery life appears to be shorter...and also the colour display is not as nice as one would hope. Regardless, this product is undoubtedly a decent purchase given the price and features offered.

Unlike Apple watch ,these watches are not as functional. however they do what you need it to do. and the battery lasts a week or so.

First impressions of this watch are why didn't i get one sooner. I am an IOS user so I don't get all the features, but nevertheless I am thrilled with this watch. Notifications alone make it worth the prices as well as now i can kayak and see progress while phone is stowed. A+++

After having a Moto 360 almost a year, I thought I'd give the Pebble Time a shot, mostly just to have something different, maybe a little smaller and lighter. The OS is cute. The battery lasts forever. It doesn't cost as much as the 360. That's about it as far as positives. The display is small and washed-out looking. Text is very hard to read, and near-impossible to read in low-light situations (unless you flick your wrist for the backlight, which doesn't always work). Using buttons to navigate after using the Moto 360 for so long is really cumbersome, and the buttons need a pretty firm push to register. Overall, the experience is like using what would be considered a smartwatch from the 90's. Build quality seems pretty good overall, but the plastic bezel scuffs very easily (took me all of one day to scuff it). But the main reason I am returning it is because of the bluetooth disconnecting several times a day. Watch will vibrate to let you know, and it will only reconnect if you go into the Time software and reconnect manually. No thanks. Will be returning this and return to my 360 until the next wave of Wear watches is released.

I was an early backer of the original pebble and really liked the product. I'm not sure the color or anything else really makes it a lot better than the original. The feature that requires you to hit the button twice to dismiss a notification can be annoying, but at the same time I don't accidentally dismiss something that just came in.

Although I can't take calls on the watch, I can see who is calling and get alerts for calls, emails, Facebook, reminders, calendar, etc. It is also very light weight. My husband just recently got a Microsoft Band and is thinking about returning it for the Pebble just because the Microsoft Band is so awkward compared to my Pebble. The first Pebble I had got some condensation inside the watch. With my warranty I exchanged it for another and I've had no similar problems with the new one. Unless you just really need to take phone calls on your watch, the Pebble is an even better option and value than the Apple watch because of it's capabilities and because I don't have to remember to take it off and put it on.

Having owned the original Pebble, this purchase was a no-brainer, and the 7-day battery life its highest selling point. I cannot speak for iPhone users, but this is the best Android accessory you can get.

Simply a brilliant product. The battery life is great in comparison to the other smartwatch around, it's also a very sturdy product. The screen takes a bit of getting used to but I've grown to love it.

This watch is surprising in what it does. syncs to my android seamlessly, shows time and weather. Notifies me of emails and text messages and allows me to reply verbally to them. Incoming calls are shown with caller ID. It shows the progress of my workouts in real time. The display brightness and the battery life are both disappointing.The display is difficult to read in any light condition with or without the backlight, and the battery lasts about half the advertised time.

I'm a Pebble fan, no wonder I would love this watch so much. It is matched with my needed, longer battery usage is excellent. How's the feeling that need to charging battery every day. it's annoying, forget it for Pebble only see charger once a week.

Having owned the original Pebble since launch day, this is an absolutely SUPERB upgrade. The backlight is plenty bright and the new color display with Gorilla Glass is absolutely gorgeous. Any function I used on my old Pebble still works awesomely and FASTER on the Time (Including Morpheus, Music controls, custom notifications, etc.) plus the timeline is incredible

Great battery life! Good features. Build feels a bit 'light' which makes me wonder what would happen if I ever dropped it but overall it has been great. I use it mostly with Runkeeper.

very pleased. Didn't need to replicate my phone on my watch with a lot of apps. Get my email, calendar, weather, alarms and texts with voice reply (got some looks when I was talking into my watch!) all for 20% of the cost of an Apple watch

For the money this watch has much to offer. Stylish, easy to use and durable. Battery time is awesome. Wouldn't compare it to the Iwatch, however has many usable features and plenty of apps to keep you busy. This watch is worth the price.

Set up was easy. This smart watch I a good deal for the price.

Device is one of the best smartwatches I have ever owned. It works with different operating systems and also gives you about 3-4 days of battery life. Saves a bit of time looking at your phone when you can see most of it on your watch.

I was a committed pebble user and was very excited to upgrade to the Pebble Time, as It's light, curved, and has a screen that's easy to read outside. However, I am really bummed out about the mushy buttons, the requirement that I have to do 2 button pushes to dismiss notifications and the poor connection (it loses connection A LOT). I was honestly happier with my other pebble and feeling like I might end up returning the Pebble Time.

I purchased this because the Pebble series are tough and sturdy, with functions that my kids like. However, while the watch itself is pretty sturdy, the charging connector itself doesn't seem to be holding up well. Not the charger itself, but rather the contacts on the watch. May be just a defective unit, but I'm having connection issues with one of the two units purchased. Back to the store it goes this weekend. Hopefully the replacement one works like the 2nd unit we purchased. Apart from that, the unit is working great, and it offers great functionality and water resistance for a smart watch, which is hard to find. My son likes the ability to dictate text messages to his phone and send it. Nice features for an affordable price.
