Classic movie. Classic Pee Wee and much better quality on Blu-ray

Great movie! Introduced my daughter to PeeWee Herman. We had a great time laughing

The cartoonish and childish character Pee Wee Herman goes on a big adventure for the first time ever when his beloved shiny new bicycle is stolen by his nemesis Francis Buxton, a fellow man-child and neighborhood rich "kid." As he sets off on an obsessive cross-country journey, determined to recover it, learning about the real world along the way.

Movie looks and sounds amazing on blu ray. Always been a big fan of this Tim Burton classic and now introducing it to my children is just like watching for the first time again

Great nostalgic movie. Hopefully it will be on 4k one day.

This movie is a stone cold comedy classic! The blu-ray transfer is great and the special features are pretty great.

I got this to put the kids on all the great movies we watched as kids. I meant to do that!

Great storyline, clean simple humor...I loved this movie when I was young and its hilarious to watch my kids laugh too! Peewee Herman's character was not originally intended for children however this movie was created for all audiences. I love his sarcasm and innocence. His childlike persona is so lovable but there is an air of adulthood with the unwanted attraction by the bike shop clerk. No foul language except when he talks about "big buts" referring to the excuses and barriers one has in achieving your dreams. Peewee Herman's clever inventions are so intriguing and inspiring to all kids. I love the throwback to the 80s and showing kids what life was like way back when!

This movie is my youth. I love Tim Burton film and this is what started it all. It's funny, its wacky, and the music is awesome. That being said THE MUSIC! Danny Elfman scores all of Tim Burtons film and was the driving force for Oingo Boingo back in "the day" one of the features on this Blu Ray is you can watch the movie with all of the dialogue taken out and nothing but the music with commentary from Elfman himself. I know thats not for everyone but how huge is that for a fan? I would have liked a Digi book or steebook release of this.

like most people my age (36), we grew up with paul rubens. this is the movie that started it all (not counting the HBO special in 1981) the story of a boy who has an amazing bike, gets it stolen and goes on a cross country adventure to get it back. while i am thrilled to have it on blu ray, the transfer is not very good. its more like DVD quality and has a lot of grain which is why im giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. still a must own if you dont already, just dont expect a clear difference from the DVD.

Great movie Pee Wee is a legend and funny. Wish he had made more movies and his morning show was still on for the kids of this generation. Better that most of the shows I think on TV now.

This movie, even if you don't like Paul Ruebens, is a classic, period. PW (as his girlfriend calls him) loses his bike and goes on an adventure to recover it. Since the movie was directed by Tim Burton, that adventure is anything but ordinary! It looks good on Blu-ray and who doesn't enjoy PW dancing in his big shoes?!?

This was a purchase made for our kids. My wife & I remember seeing this when we were young and wanted our kids to share the memories with us! It's as funny as we remembered and the kids LOVED it! They watch it over & over all day! Now they wanna know when we're gonna get a "breakfast machine" at our house LOL!!

A classic movie starring Paul Reubens as Pee Wee Herman. This Tim Burton classic has Pee Wee traveling across the country in search of his beloved bike. Fun for all ages!

There was a time when Herman was one of the funniest people in the universe.This movie reflects that. He had the comedic talents of Jerry Lewis or Charlie Chaplin. This is much better than his other movie and really made me laugh. Blu-ray makes it new again, as well.

Tim Burton did an amazing job with this movie. Loved this movie ever since I was a kid. Glad I own it.
