    I truly enjoy "Easy Yoga for Easing Pain"! I am encouraged by Peggy as she leads me through the program. With the focus to reduce or eliminate my many aches and pains, at the same time increase my range of motion and build up my strength. In addition, this DVD comes encrypted with "Closed Captioned" for the Deaf. I am Deaf. It is very difficult to find Yoga or any kind of exercise tapes or DVDs that are Closed Captioned. It is no problem to follow along!
