Moving to bike patrol so I wanted to reduce equipment weight and size. This baby fits the bill. It quickly shifts from flood light to beam with a slight pull on the bezel. High beam goes a long way down range, the low beam doesn't blind you for close up work, strobe is useful for signaling lost firefighters who can't find the address. Have dropped it many times without damage.
