Not quite what I expected from pelican

I’m conflicted on this one between 3-4 stars. I’ve had 4 pelican cases over the years and was able to see how they made different models. This one seems to be the worst of the 4. The flexible port covers are a stiff material and the shape/design makes the silent switch a pita to get your finger in. Inside the case there’s a sort of dust stopper ring around the perimeter of the case where it seals to the camera bezel and screen. That normally would be silicone or another type of rubber, but this case it’s just part of the plastic the case is made with so it’s not exactly a fantastic seal for ultra fine dust.
After having it for a month it does feel fairly good in the hand though. This isn’t a terrible case at all, just those little things I don’t like. All in all it’s only getting 3 stars because I really feel it’s build/material quality is more on par with cheaper cases. Otherwise it’s not bad. If this were $30-40 it would be a 4-5 star case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
