The scanner has exceeded my expectations. Very clear scanning in color and black and white. I also appreciate that the scanners ability to recognize various sized documents and convert the documents accuratly to PDF, from biz card to receipt to legal size paper.

It works as promised. It scans all sizes well, automatcally opens a program for me and works well with my computer. It is USB powered and the nice little slip case keeps dust out of the scanner. It slips in easily with my portable printer or my laptop for transport. The only drawback that I have found is that you must purchase another set of software for installing on another computer.

When loading the software on my good computer, a warning popped up saying that the software (the driver specifically) was missing the digial signature and could cause harm to my computer. I ended up loading it on my old computer, and it seemed to scan well (hard to tell if the software caused any problems, as the computer is already running poorly). After much searching, I was able to contact the company and they sent me a link to go get a new version of the software- I haven't done this yet. I have scanned a couple of documents, and it was quick, provided a good scan, and I love that the scanner doesn't take up any desk space for storage.

Papers are often not straight. Need a way to straighten as I can with photo's using different software.. Fold marks not flattened by rollers. Placing scans into desired folders takes too much time. Easy scanning of multi-page items.

i love this product. it is way cheaper then the scanners advertised on tv and so easy to use. i have gotten rid of tons of paper that was taking up space in my house. just open the program, scan, and it pops up in a PDF file that i can save with just a click. so worth the money i paid for it.

I have a business that requires a lot of documentation. This product is super fast and easy to use. It has made scanning a lot easier to do and keep up with. The set up is kind of long but I think it was me not the product. It has been an asset to my company.

I bought one of these scanners for use in our office. It worked so well that I ordered four more so that we could all have one connected to our computers. They are easy to use and produce an excellent image. I would highly recommend this scanner for business or personal use.

This is a very nice scanner.I mistakenly thought it had battery operating capacity so that I did not have to take laptop out to customers house.
