    Enjoyed the characters and the adventure in this film better than the other Percy Jackson film. Both films have the same lead actors. Percy gets to become the hero by defeating Greek mythological creatures with the help of his friends.

    A good Family movie in the first of a series. I think they tried too hard to create a franchise but it stands on it's own. Includes 5 deleted scenes, a Discover your Powers Quiz and a featurette The book comes to life.

    The leads are good but the film feels small and slow. Chris Columbus diminishes original source material again.
