My wrists aren't what they were when I was younger. These handles allow me to add pushups to my exercise routine without straining my wrists. Sadly, I can't do as many as I used to...

It is easy to use and fun to do pushups on. Feels a little flimsy at times.

Great product. The V2 is a nice upgrade over the Original and Basic. With a 400 pound weight capacity, it'll hold my 250 pounds body weight and a weighted vest. The rotation is very, very smooth to the point where your wrists are perfectly sliding around. They elevate your pushups an extra 4-5 inches, and the extra elevation along with the rotation works more parts of your arms, chest, and deltiods. The two pushup bars are nicely weighted, so they can help you warm up and cool down with very lightweight chest flies, and chest presses (just do a lot of them). Along with that, the grip has a new spiral design to prevent slipping. However, I found it handy to have a towel next to me, because it doesn't stop your hands from slipping when they get sweaty. The bottom of the V2's also grip onto the floor, and carpet nicely to prevent slippage. It's a little bulky, but I don't mind (comes with a carrying box and a pushup calender). The V2's also look amazing, with dark red and black all over it. Makes me pump out a few extra reps. Great product.
