Royal is such a wonderful update to Persona 5. It adds and expands so much content. The experience on the switch is really phenomenal— it feels like it’s how it’s meant to be played. My only complaint is the screen can be a little small so when trying to read signs in game (such as signs in the subway stations) it can be a little tricky. Still, super fun game and it’s a great experience while playing portable (play on the couch! Play on the bed! Persona everywhere!)

After all the hype I finally decided to give this game a go. The best way I can describe it, is a visual novel with life sim and JRPG elements. The main focus is the great story. With proper turn based combat. It’s honestly the most laid back and chill JRPG I’ve played because of the visual novel style it has going. I can see why this is recommended as a great entry point for people wanting to get into JRPGs.

great addition to my collection! JRPGs arent my usually games I go for but this one changed that for me. The anime style also drew me in and the story kept me hooked for hours. The fact I got the switch version makes it better since I can take it on the go. I was lucky enough to get it on sale but, looking back I wouldn't have mind paying retail for it since you will get hours out of it before getting bored.

Plays just like any of the more powerful consoles, but can play on the go. Would definitely recommend

Contains (almost, but mostly) every dlc from the 2020 release, and is an almost uncompromised experience. Frame rate is at a very stable 30, quality is really good for a port of a ps3/4 game to switch, will definitely keep you busy for the whole story. If you care about 60fps frame rate, or high texture quality and resolution, this may not be for you. But for those looking to play this again or for the first time on a nintendo console or anywhere you go, you cant go wrong with this

Came in great conditions and very quickly. Game wise, one of the best JRP in history. It is a MUST PLAY. Been enjoying it a lot!

This game is a masterpiece, the best JRPG I've ever played, Persona 5 Royal has a turn-based combat system that you might like even if you're not a fan of this style of game, its story is not far behind, memorable characters, captivating plots and a beautiful ending plus on the switch oled it looks fantastic and performance is good

This is my first persona game and it did not disappoint. I usually don’t like turn based gameplay but this game made it entertaining and very involved. The music is also very amazing. I would very much recommend this game if you are trying to get into the persona series.

Very good game that offers a lot to even novice gamers. Well worth the discounted price I paid for it. Highly recommended to people who enjoy a great story in games. You also never run out of things to do.

great game with all of them in one package including dlc that was for the PS4 version. getting it for $30 is a good deal.

After initially playing P5R through Game Pass, I decided I wanted a portable version for on the go. While it runs @ 30FPS and the handheld mode has this weird blur, it hasn't stopped my enjoyment.

The best persona game out there, and arguably the best way to play is on Switch/2.

Persona 5 and its successor, Royal, were a treat to play on PS4. Recently, the game branched out to PS5, Switch, PC, etc. The changes herein is DLC. You're getting all of the paid DLC that PS4 owners paid for, and they continue to pay for, included for free with these non-PS4 variations. Switch gets portability out of it. And because this was on sale for an amazing price, I took advantage of getting it for Switch. The game plays well on Switch. Performance-wise it is reasonable on Switch. Everything still looks good. All of the DLC is included, as I said. Overall, I'd recommend it.

One of my favorite Persona games had to replay it on my Nintendo switch since ive on it on multiple consoles but playing it again on the go or when ever help beat this 100 hiur plus game.

One of the best games I’ve played in recent years. I delayed playing this for a while because it didn’t seem like something I’d be into but boy was I wrong. I am now in the process of all playing through the whole series. I LOVE PERSONA !!!
