This is the first DVD of Jackie's I've tried but it won't be my last! This DVD has 5 workouts: a 15 min. total body, a 15 min upper body, a 15 min lower body, a 15 min abs, and a 40 min total body. The moves are easy to follow, and clearly mapped out. While I didn't find any of the 15 minute workouts to be quite enough all on their own, the 40 minute one was definitely worth my time and I felt well worked all over the next day. I will definitely be purchasing some of her other DVD's to compliment this one!

I love love love this. I like that there are 5 options. You can do a 15 or 40 min all over body workout or do either upper, lower or abs target workout. Even the 15 min workout gets you feeling great. Its great for beginners or if you're short on time. I have done tons of other dvd's and this is my favorite. Also, I have knee injuries and I have noticed alot of other dvd's have you doing lots of lunges and squats for your lower body, this kills my knees. But Jackie's lower body uses side lunges and dead lifts (for hamstrings). SO I can complete the lower body, pain-free!

This is a great workout! The ab workout is amazing...my abs hurt when I laughed for 2 days! The 40 minute circuit goes by quick and I definitely felt it working!
