This feeder is great for households with multiple cats. I bought it because I was going on vacation and had to send my cat to a friend's house. To avoid the food competition issues that had happened in the past, I trained my cat to get used to this new feeder. The installation was easy and all the steps were clearly explained in the YouTube video. The only two things my cat didn't like at first were that she needed to wear the collar (which has a microchip inside) 24/7 for her to get food and that her head touched the opened folding door when eating (she was afraid to eat food under the folding door at the beginning); she had to use her hands to help get food closer to her. Speaking of that, I wish the bottom of the container/feeder was angled like my old PETLIBRO Automatic WiFi Cat Feeder, which has an 8° tilted sliding food mode. Another small wish is that it would be better if this feeder could be equipped with a camera. I don't need a conversation setting because I don't want to disturb my cat while he's eating, but I wish I could more conveniently watch my cat eating through the camera so that I can feed him the exact amount remotely.

This feeder able to connects to wifi and can controlled via your phone. I love it how it can remote feeding, portion control and monitoring. The programmable feeder which allow set up specific times and portions. My cat only eat fresh food, this feeder can set up feeding schedule that can serve small portions multiple times a day to keep the food fresh. The lid mode not only prevents other cats from accessing the food but also keeps it fresh.

I absolutely love the One RFID pet feeder! It's perfect for households with multiple cats, each one gets their fair share of food without any squabbles. Now, my little kitty can eat in peace without competing with the others. I highly recommend it!

The plastic extension that locks down the lid covering the food tray could not withstand the awesome strength of a 4lb kitten. It snapped off and Pet Libro wants to charge me $12 to replace something just over 30 days into a 24 month warranty. What’s the warranty for? If this isn’t a manufacturing defect they need to use a stronger material to lock the lid down. I can’t recommend if they won’t stand behind their product. It’s a shame because it really works well otherwise.

We have one can that grazes a little each time visiting and one that will eat everything in sight. These allow them to both get what they want and stay healthy. Well worth the price and a great gift for those love their pets.

We have 2 cats on different diets this has been a great way to feed them instead of guarding over their food.

Definitely a good investment if you have more than one cat. Easy set up. Would be nice if there was a way to track the tag as our cat lost it within the first day.

I've bought 3 of these. Very helpful for a multi-cat household. We also feel more freedom without living around our cats' feeding schedules.

Great to program the time and isolate one cat that eats a different food. The only thig is the side "walls" make it too narrow and my cat is a bit afraid to move her face closer. It would be better if it's open on the sides like others.
