Works as described. Decent camera - treat dispenser jams sometimes and will toss multiple treats sometimes. Video on app freezes sometimes. A little noisy, but the dogs have got used to it. Still happy we bought it.

Watching my cat (usually sleeping) is fun and the ability impresses the unwashed masses who "oooowwww" and "ahhhhhh" at the video. Just pick a good spot because you cannot zoom the camera.

Pet camera has a great picture and super interactive capability. Great for pet lovers who are away from home for any amount of time.

The Petzi Treat Cam was easy to set up and works as advertised. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the treats sometimes get stuck. Usually clears itself after a couple of attempts.

This was a gift to our daughter. She often accesses the camera to see her cat when she is away. Her one disappointment with the camera is that she can only load one treat at a time.

I love this camera. I can watch what my cats are doing during the day (not dancing as I expected LOL)

This is fun to have if you love your dogs (or maybe cats haha), This does what it says. The only thing I'm not fond of is the lack of ability to record video.

We've been using the Petzi Treat Cam for over a month now, and we continue to use it on a daily basis. I have two teen kids and they have each downloaded the Petzi app. While only one person can use the camera at one time, we all check in with our Boxer at home during the day. This camera is connected to your home wifi. You plug it into a wall socket anywhere in the house, and turn on the Petzi app to start using it. You can speak to your dog. You can dispense small treats you put into the device. You can take a picture. You can interact with other Petzi friends online. We have put the Petzi cam in different locations around the house. When the dog is in her crate, we have set the camera about six feet away for easy viewing. We have set the Petzi on top of the crate so I can dispense a treat directly into the crate and view our dog from the app. We've set it in the kitchen window with the camera facing toward the yard to view her activities during the day. We've even set it at the window facing our front door to check for package deliveries when confirmations are not available. It's easy to set up and fun to use.

This looks like a useful gadget to keep an eye on your pets when you are away from home. However, our dogs were very scared of the noise it makes when it shoots out of the treats. It is a really loud spring. They won't go anywhere near it. I just use a regular security camera to keep an eye on them now. They can wait for treats when I get home.

This camera was described to us in the store by a Sales person claiming it had a touch feature from the camera that our pet could touch to alert us they wanted a treat. The sales person also told us there was two way sound capability. These are both false. We tried returning the camera in the box to the store. The person at the store told us we were two weeks to late to return the camera. Now we are stuck with a camera that has bad quality photos and does not work as promised. I hate this product and hope no one is tricked by Best Buy into buying a product that does not work as promised. Do

Works like stated sometimes a big delay but maybe wifi

We bought this product to keep an eye on our German Shepard when we were away on vacation and at work. The product works fine, but our dog just didnt seem to respond to it. At the price listed I had hoped for a better response. We ended up returning it instead

This thing is JUNK!!! The treat motor is so loud that my dog was petrified of it. It did not help kennel training. I must have misunderstood something about its listing because I thought it had a mic to let me hear the sound from my pet. IT DOESNT!!! It has also stopped working due to me changing locations for the week. It will not connect or reset it to try making it think it is a new camera. I will be returning this because I am so disappointed in this thing.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. She and her daughters love it! It is fun for everyone!!

I want to start by saying this is the first review that I have ever written for any product on any website, but I feel compelled to do so because of the one negative review posted here and my own experience. I received my treat cam two weeks ago and have been thrilled with the product and customer service. I had it set-up and working within five minutes of taking it out of the box. While I did have a little trouble with it the day after I got it connected, I contacted the petzi customer support and they were very helpful (which was surprising because customer service seems to be a lost art in today’s society) and they had me back up and running after troubleshooting to pinpoint the issue. I haven’t had a single issue with it since then and my pup absolutely LOVES getting his treats during the day! Like I said earlier, I felt it necessary to write this review in response to the only negative review here. As the negative nelly suggested, I went to amazon to read the extensive reviews prior to purchasing the treat cam and found them overwhelmingly positive so I decided to give it a chance and I couldn’t be happier with it! I don’t know what SG34UD is talking about and wouldn’t take their review seriously at all. And if you don’t want to believe me then do as they suggest and read all other reviews out there and in social media. You’ll quickly learn how great this treat cam is! I felt compelled to write this review because I’m tired of miserable people pushing their negative thoughts on everyone else. I don’t mind negative online reviews, in fact I welcome them if the author is objective and fair in their assessment because it helps me be an informed consumer, but the reviewer here was neither and they should be ignored.
