Bought it as a gift and was highly disappointed and embarrassed when it wouldn't work regardless of how many times we tried.

I have to be at work all day. The Petzi Treatcam allows me to pop in, see, talk to, and throw a treat to my dog from my desk at work using my iPhone.

I was a little skeptical when I first got it as a gift. Once I got the hang of the whole concept, I really enjoy using it. My dog responds immediately to the sound and my voice. It's piece of mind for me knowing that I can always look in on my baby when I'm away. All my friends get a kick out of it. My only wish is that I would have really liked if I was able to hear sound from my dog. Other than that, it's been great having it. It's been 5 months and still works great. I recommend to all pet lovers. The negative reviewer probably got a defective one or maybe their wifi signal isn't too good. I always read reviews and appreciate any helpful feedback. I found that the positive reviews far outweighed the negative. That's why I gave the Petzi a chance and am really glad I did.

Got this for Christmas. I love seeing my pets when I am not home and shooting them treats. I can talk to them and ring a bell. Awesome. My only complaint is the photo quality good be a bit better but overall I'm so thrilled with it.

Read extensive reviews on Amazon , as well as other sites, I'm convinced the positive reviews were posted by people who work for the company because this product is junk and will be returned. The camera did work the very first night. The second day, the voice coming through (as you would be talking to your pet) was muffled and did not work. The 3rd day the camera wouldn't even connect. We reset our wi-fi thinking that might've been the issue- didn't help. I turned my phone off and back on after letting it rest, thinking my phone was the issue- didn't help. Unplugged the camera and let it rest- didn't help. The one time the Petzi actually did connect- the picture was choppy...like it would be if you have a satellite tv and it is storming outside. Very disappointed, especially because I was SOOOO excited and had wanted the Petzi for over a year. Save your money and try a different camera!

Excellent. Worth every penny to keep an eye on your pet to make sure it is safe and protected!!!

I never knew I needed to check in on my pups until I could...they go nuts over the treats and look forward to my calls! My dogs are like a reality show for all my friends at the office...lol!
