I Had Purchased This Movie On Dvd Years Ago, And Always Loved It, But This Blu-ray Edition Looks Soo Much Better, You Can See A Lot More Detail In The Dark Scenes , Would Recommend This 100%

my favorite sci fi horror series now in high def. angus scrim begins his classic role as the tall man. grave robbers , dwarves, flying chrome balls of death it doesn't any better than this classic series.

Cool story: JJ Abrams wanted to watch a print of Phantasm and went to the director to ask him for one. The director said he didn't have a high quality print, so JJ volunteered his staff's services for a gorgeous 4k restoration. The picture is immaculate. Highly recommended.

If any title needed and deserved a great Blu-ray release, it's Phantasm. The old Anchor Bay DVD had muddy video, but this remastered Blu-ray is a revelation. If you're a fan, this is a must-buy.

I've loved this movie since I was a wee lad. VHS and DVD don't do this movie justice. The blu ray looks fantastic and sounds incredible, worth the upgrade if you don't own yet.

Not one of my fave films of the 80s, but my born in the 90s nephew loved this movie. The picture quality is phenomenal. If you want to replace you older DVD, this is the version to get.

I had never seen the movie before, but I knew it was a cult classic and had to get the blu-ray the moment it was released. I can definitely see why so many people love this film. The acting may not be the best, but the story is very interesting and the blu-ray looks great.
