So we got this machine for Christmas and at first we really liked it. But after about two months or so the coffee started tasting off and I felt like it was leaking alot of water. When I opened the side of the machine it was covered in coffee grounds and liquid and had been growing mold all over the inside of the machine. It was so disturbing I almost threw up, especially since we had been drinking from this machine. It obviously had an internal leak, my best guess is it was a refurbished machine to begin with. Of course it was too late to return to Best Buy but now I don't want the machine it would make me sick to think of drinking a coffee from this machine.

Throw your kuerig away. This machine is amazing. Some of tbe best coffee I’ve made/had. I havent even messed with the grinder settings yet. My only complaint is the milk frother leaves some extra milk in the milk container.

The quality of the Espresso is sub par. Makes a good Cappuchino, Frother is a positive for the machine. Definely not a value at the price point.

Unfortunately, I had to return this because brand new out of the box it didnt froth the milk, and its not physically capable of creating the drink as shown on the box. The milk came out hot but still liquid milk and not at all frothed. The picture on the box shows the milk flowing out while the espresso is flowing. The machine is not physically capable of doing this.
