Being a TN monitor I was expecting a not so good image. With a little tweaking it's nice. Stand is awesome and fully adjustable which helps with the TN viewing angle handicap. The wired remote is cool for changing settings. Using a customized gamer 1 setting. 144Hz for the win.

This monitor has an amazing picture. Colors needed a little tweaking in settings and then it's set. Great refresh rate, smooth animations while gaming. I highly recommend. So far so good for durability.

I am quite happy with the monitor that I bought. You can really tell the difference between 60 hz and 144 hz if you have the computer to support it. You need a computer that can push at least 144 frames per second to take advantage of it fully. The monitor does have options to lower the hz to 120 and 100 for games that you might not be able to achieve a constant 144 frames per second. My only problem I have with it is the color accuracy and calibration but it is a problem with 144 hz monitors. If you want a little advantage in games with a little sacrifice in picture quality, this monitor is for you.

If you are looking for a GREAT picture at a reasonable price, Then THIS IS YOUR SCREEN!!! Deep dark blacks and the whites are bright without letting the picture wash out. Nothing negative to tell!

So far I think that it is a really good monitor, I have almost no complaints the 144hz is probably the best part of it and really does make a difference when put next to a normal 60hz monitor it was something that I didn’t know what to expect and didn’t think it would have as much impact as it really did, something that has to be seen to know. The quality is nice and seems very well built some of my favorite features are the stand as well as the 1ms delay and the resolution. I also am I big fan of not having speakers since I always use headphones anyway so the speakers would only drive up the price for something most gamers don't use. There isn't really any cons I can think of or issues that I have had so far.

Bought this monitor to replace an older one. This has proven to be everything I thought it would be. Clear, crisp, fast. You'll be happy with it.

I use it for home, school and work from home. I am very happy I got it. Recommended to my work colleagues that run to the office often to get a good image so they can stay home.

this is by far the best gaming monitor i have ever owned and specialty with the 3.0 usb ports.

Traded in a Samsung cf Monitor for this monitor and its in a whole different league. I play H1Z1 majority of the time and it's made the experience that much better. Awesome purchase. It features great controls and the 144hz rate is amazing.

I truly believe this is one of the best monitors you can buy at this price point.. 1 ms refresh rate, 144hz, adjustable stand, and once tweaked and properly set up, it has a fantastic display. This display is the biggest issue with this monitor because out of the box it just isn't that good. It's extremely bright and the colors look washed out. I have spent a few months messing with settings and tweaking the display and I will share the settings below that I am happy with that rival the color and great picture of any ips display you can compare this Philips to. Picture brightness 50 contrast 61 sharpness 60 smart response fastest smart contrast on gamma 2.4 over scan off Color (use User refine) red 83 green 85 blue 90 That should be it, good luck and I hope you enjoy this monitor as much as I do.

The picture is very large.Very adjustable for height and left,right.The corded remote is a little different but works great!

---QUICK NOTE--- If you buy any 144hz monitor and have a Windows PC: go to Adjust Screen Resolution, then click Advanced, then go to the Monitor tab, and make sure your refresh rate is set to 144hz (mine defaulted to 60hz). I'm into PC gaming, specifically MMO and FPS. This monitor offers great color and contrast, as well as really good viewing angles. Also, the red line across the bottom looks like machined aluminum, and isn't a distraction when using your PC. The settings menu is a little wonky, but overall this is the best 24" monitor I've used, especially for the price. It's a great value.

I originally bought a BenQ 27 inch monitor for my new gaming setup from another local big box retailer. Colors were great , response time amazing. But it lacked one thing, an adjustable stand. I returned it and soon drove to my local Best Buy to kill time before work. As I strolled down the gaming PC isle a monitor on display at the end caught my eye. It was this exact monitor. The best part was I purchased the monitor on sale for $269.99. At that price it really beats out ASUS and BEN Q. There gaming monitors cost just as much with less features. However there colors may be more accurate. But I have not yet to test them side by side. Overall after a ton of research on the Phillips gaming monitor I didn't come up with much. Which is why I want to wright this review. If you run across this monitor and are on the fence to purchase it , don't hesitate. It is for sure a top quality gaming TN panel.

These monitors are just all around sharp and fast. they can take up alot of space on the desk if you have more then one. I use these for my pc games Xbox one gaming and also video editing and photography. the color is great and allows for allot of work space on the monitor.
