So far, me and my family absolutely love this espresso and coffee machine! It’s easy to use, fully automatic, and delivers great results every time. The coffee tastes rich and fresh, and the espresso shots come out smooth with a nice crema. What really stands out is the convenience—just a push of a button and you have café-quality drinks right at home. It’s also great for the whole family because everyone can quickly make their favorite coffee exactly the way they like it. Cleanup is simple, and the machine feels solid and well-made. Overall, it has made our mornings so much easier and more enjoyable. Definitely worth it—we’re very happy with this purchase!

Start with it makes excellent cappuccino, latte expresso and with the hot water quickly dispensed, a great americano. I love the ease of use including the frother but this frother (container) apparently does not completely seal. If I have left over whole milk i would keep the frother in my fridge but it leaked the milk. I keep it and transport it in a bowl now. This is the reason for the 4 star review but I love everything else. Nice members sale during 4th of July. Best coffee and coffee machine for the money

We were looking for that authentic-tasting European coffee experience without a learning curve, and we sure found it here. Load it with beans, water, and half-and-half, and you are ready to go. I love the ease of selecting a drink, its darkness, size, and, if appropriate, the size of milk froth. It makes it easy to dial into the exact drink you want. It is easy to piggyback drinks: I usually start with a Tall, rich coffee, then top it with an extra-frothy, short cappuccino. If I had any complaints, they would be minor: 1) the buttons are sometimes hard to push, but this is never a deal breaker. 2) It would be nice if I could tell it to top my coffee with a cappuccino, without performing two brews, maybe as part of a "build your own" button. See, minor. The ease of the milk frothing, the automatic tamping of grounds, the easy removal of grounds and used water. When I look at the hassle of other machines, I know we made the right choice for us.

Woth every penny. Simple and wasy to use, and makes coffee equivalent to coffee shop! The fresh ground beans are an added bonus and cleanup is a breeze. It has 2 self cleaning functions too!

The jury is still out as to whether or not this is actually worth this heavy price tag. The machine is noisy and you have to change the water reservoir out almost everyday if not every other day. The grinder seems to work well, however it uses up a lot of beans just to make two servings for a regular cup of coffee. You can't put a travel mug underneath the spigot. It only goes high enough for a regular coffee mug. Even with the machine on the highest setting, I still feel the taste of the coffee is really lacking, especially using fresh coffee beans. The app suggested to be used with this machine is worthless, does not give you recipes that are easy to follow or helpful guidance on how to make the most of the unit.

Makes great coffee! Happy with the noise level while the beans grind, very easy setup for the LatteGo, and super easy to clean and maintain the machine. Having a current issue with water leaking out the bottom when using the LatteGo, hoping that a descaling solution while clear the issue. If not will contact Phillips as the machine is under warranty.

Amazing, good choice for coffee lovers , easy to use

Very easy to use has adjustments, so you can regulate how you like your drinks works flawlessly. Instructions are great. Went to YouTube and alert how to use it. The The first 10 cups are not very good. This is normal. This is the breakout of the machine. After that they're fabulous. You can adjust for temperature cream and darkness. Also, the coffee grounds could be adjusted to fine if needed. Perfect taste was very good

This is the best purchase of a "coffeemaker" that I have ever made. The instructions are the only thing that I think needs reworked. Pay close attention to the infographic because there weren't written instructions on it. Make sure you set it up when you aren't jonesing for your coffee and in an impatient mood like I did. Let's just say I did not use my brain well that morning. However, once I figured it all out, it was much simpler than I was making it and now it has made my mornings so easy. If I make sure I prep the machine with coffee beans and/or water beforehand then I can have my cappuccino or latte or other preferred coffee within a few minutes of waking up. Note: it does take a few uses for it to get the perfect cup. So, make a few test cups at setup. This is saving us money because I no longer resort to buying my morning cappuccinos or lattes from a coffee shop. Well, unless I splurge when going to an appointment or out shopping, but I am less tempted and love being able to make my own at home. Plus, I get to test out different coffee beans and flavors, which is a fun plus.

Love this Espresso and Coffee Machine! It is wonderful to wake up to a great tasting coffee every morning. No bitterness, no acidic after symptoms, When we first started brewing, it does come out weak, but we began adding espresso shots to our coffee to get the bold flavor. After about 20 cups, we began getting the flavor we were wanting just from to coffee setting.

We love this! It has been a game changer. Making lattes and macchiatos in the morning has saved us already on our “national chain” coffee purchases on the way to work and in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

I have not been successful locating instructions on line so I can say that is a little disappointing. Not sure what I am missing. I am however able to make nice coffee even if I can't fully explain why or how the machine does some of things it does. It is fairly intuitive and the quick start guide does just that.

This is a coffee game changer. Super simple to use the milk foam unit is perfect and easy to clean. Must better price point then many others.

Pricing for the Philips 3300 was very competitive. Machine set up was very easy. Coffees made thus far are very good. This machine will eliminate plastic waste from using one-use pods. Thus far, very satisfied.

Worked extremely well right out of the box. This is a replacement for my 17 year old Jura E8 which they still make. So many more features and so much easier to use, maintain and clean.
