I purchased this remote for my nonagenarian mother who is visually impaired. The contrast between the buttons and the base of the remote has made it easier for her to use. The placement of the volume and channel buttons in a circle around another button has made it difficult for her to control the volume without accidentally pressing other buttons at times, and finding the sleep button is challenging for her.

Hard to determine which buttons to push. Way too busy

Works well with the tv and was easy to get it working.

Device is okay. I have a Samsung Frame TV and purchased this remote to work with it. I have found the device doesnt always connect to the TV. I have to be directly infront of the TV and does not control most of the functions.

Controls everything well. Still getting used to operating different sources to TV with one controller. Fortunately have several pieces of Samsung equipment.

I guess it's great. Returned it, didn't need it, but I have no reason to think it wouldn't operate as intented

Awesome, works perfectly wirh my dad's Westinghouse TV and Spectrum cable box. The remote can switch between controlling each with a push of a button. My dad is a senior and needed a relatively easy to control universal remote, and this one fits the bill perfectly.

I purchased two of these remotes after returning another die to low quality. This remote is a high quality build.

Easy to program and works great. Actually better than the original.

Took it out of the box, put in batteries, looked up the code, and that was it. No hassle or difficulty. It did disconnect once but only for the power button (it was probably the TV) and all i did was reconnect it and no issues.

Its no Logitech but it does what I need it to do. Which is control the cable box and TV
