    Easy to operate and easy to set up. Purchased remote because I didn't want to have 3 different remotes. This one serves the purpose. And it's a great remote for the money.

    Awesome, works perfectly wirh my dad's Westinghouse TV and Spectrum cable box. The remote can switch between controlling each with a push of a button. My dad is a senior and needed a relatively easy to control universal remote, and this one fits the bill perfectly.

    I purchased this remote for my nonagenarian mother who is visually impaired. The contrast between the buttons and the base of the remote has made it easier for her to use. The placement of the volume and channel buttons in a circle around another button has made it difficult for her to control the volume without accidentally pressing other buttons at times, and finding the sleep button is challenging for her.

    Difficult to pair with Directv wireless. Sometimes worked, sometimes did not. Had to return to Best Buy. Not the fault of the remote, it just did not get along with Directv.

    Much improvement compared to controller supplied with television. Larger buttons and backlighting makes navigation much easier!

    This remote has made it easier to use with Roku. It was a little confusing figuring this one out. I bought two remotes at once but bought different ones so I wouldn’t confuse which one for different tvs. This remote is quite different than the other but I feel I have figured it out. Being a senior these newer items are challenging.

    Took it out of the box, put in batteries, looked up the code, and that was it. No hassle or difficulty. It did disconnect once but only for the power button (it was probably the TV) and all i did was reconnect it and no issues.
