The battery life is very good, I used it when we traveled to Mexico this year and they loved to be able to watch movies when they did not have internet connection.

I checked out all the reviews, then bought this player for my niece for Christmas. She played movies on it throughout the holiday and had no problem using it.

It's is a great DVD to use when traveling. Does not play Blu-ray movies. I would recommend. Picture and sound are good. Battery life is good.

This is a good basic DVD player for people It is good for those people who want to have a DVD player that can travel with them or stay at home.

I bought this for my five years old son so he can watch all of his movies where ever we go. The battery is great, he would watch two full movies and still have power left. It's easy for him to use without having me help him. It also has a carrying case which he can also hang it on the car headrest as well. I had a dual Philips dvd player for my car which lasted for years and I hope this will do the same.

Sound quality is good. Long battery life was helpful on a recent road trip. Phillip has a long history of making a quality product. The fact that the item was made in North America was a plus . I will look for more Philips products if they are made in North America.

The dvd player is nice and works well. Its a good product for the money and as far as this type of item goes, it serves its purpose very well.

The dvd player is very easy to use and operate however the over the headrest case does not hold the DVD player level instead it tilts down.

We bought this for a road trip. The kids loved it and we enjoyed a long quiet ride without the kids constantly asking if we were there yet.

Volume control could be a little louder. Fine if playing on your lap, but if on a kitchen counter while cooking, it could use a boost

Good portable DVD for when traveling with kids, mine love to be watching movies on the road.

I own a Jeep Liberty and have 2 year old. The car doesn't allow for permanent mounting so a portable DVD player was our only option. For the price it's great. Mounts on the back of the headrest and has small remote so you operate without having to be right there. My only issue with it is the case/mount. It's sort of flimsy and so it sort of slides down so that the screen falls forward and the player slides out. Which is an issue when your on the highway and your kid starts yelling about not being able to see. Otherwise, it's great.

bought it for my great granddaughter so she could watch movies in the car. Love it, and she loves it. Easy to program and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great DVD player. Bought this to entertain my son during a long road trip. Able to watch 1-2 movies on a single charge but also comes with car charger.

For the price this unit is a good buy. It had the best features and specs in its price class including screen size. Over all good value
