It has a nice screen and since it is portable and not installed in a vehicle it is easy to take in other vehicles, like with grandma, friends or on family trips.

This portable DVD player is so easy to use and has great picture quality. I had an older player that had poor picture quality so I decided to upgrade to a new one. Glad I did!

I've had this portable DVD player for about a month now, and it has good quality picture and sound compared to others currently on the market. It comes with a remote control, but most of the functions are also available using buttons on the player itself. It also has a disc resume feature which allows you to continue playing a DVD from where you left off if you turned the player off. The only thing I wish this player had was a swivel screen so that it would be easier to mount to the headrest in my car. My son just holds the player as he's watching his cartoons.

Good size. Easy to operate. Plastic construction. Just charge it up and sit and watch. Good quality picture. Do recommend.

This product comes with accessories that include a remote, carrying/mounting case. The screen is larger than most DVD players and the brightness of the screen.

This product is light weight and lasts long enough for a 3 hour plane flight. I would recommend it to others.

Let me start off by saying I love this product. My family was taking a trip to Napa CA with our 5 year old daughter. I know you can stream movies now but there are areas where you get no reception and that can cause problems. It is very easy to use, well built, descent picture and sound, and it also comes with a bag. The bag allows you to hang it from the drivers or passenger seat so you don't have to worry about the child's lap burning while playing. Our daughter watched until she fell asleep and that's priceless. bottom line I researched and for the money this is your best buy no pun intended. I do not work for best buy I am just trying to be a helpful parent.

This portable system is great for car rides and long trips the battery life is pretty good the picture is good and sound is okay

Very easy to use and great for a road trip. Volume is not very loud for a group veiwing, but works great with earphones.

This had great picture and sound for our trip My 8 year old loved it and it was easy to work.

I have purchased this particular portable DVD player a couple of times before. It lasted a long time under widely varying conditions (inside/outside/plugged in/battery/traveling) and it has consistently performed well. I tried another one recently, and was so disappointed with it's performance that I returned it and purchased this one again. Now I have something I can depend on to work!

Overall, this was a good buy. We were replacing some expensive portable DVD players that were much nicer (kids broke them, of course) and these do the job fine. The video screen plays a decent looking picture and the kids (6 & 9) were able to easily learn the controls, easing us from having to constantly work them. We have not bothered with the remote controls, so I can't comment on them. There is a couple downsides to the unit: First is the worthless carrying case. It barely even fits the player, and when it's attached to the headrest in the car, it is very challenging to change out the DVDs. You actually have to take the player partially out of the case which is a real hassle. Also, it does NOT charge when plugged in and playing. The car charger chord could be longer and is a little frail, so be careful handling that. Otherwise, this is a very good player and well worth the $$.

Purchased for my wife who is a high school teacher to play DVDs in her classroom without need to use the complex video retrieval service that the school normally uses... She is able to directly play to the TV monitor in her room as she desired... We also are able to take in on vacation and plug it into the video ports on her van so that each of out kids can watch their own movie and we no longer have them fighting about what to watch... Peace in our time!

Used this on my recent trip overseas. Not bulky at all, and screen is big enough to watch the movies comfortably.

I love this portable DVD player. It has a good picture, 5 hours of play time before you need to recharge, & very well made.
