I bought this to remove the facial hair from my memory care residents. It does remove the hair but leaves a little stubble and pulls or pinches the skin slightly.

This product had been a life saver so far when I'm in need of a touch up. However I don't believe it would handle a tough job or work when under pressure.

The Phillips BikiniGeni trimmer was delivered quickly and the cute purple and white colors made me want to really like the trimmer. However, I wasn't a fan. The actual head of the trimmer/razor when you remove the cover is quite small. Even after using the trimmer after multiple times it trimmed only a few hairs. So I tried again and again with the same minuscule results.
I wanted to love this product but it was a bust for me.

Works great, but is a bit sharp with no guard attached. I love that it uses AA batteries versus being rechargeable because that means there is one less item on my countertop.

The item was returned used by someone else, and sold to me OPEN, with all of the internal plastic open as well. I asked the associate if it had been opened, and he said “no, that’s how it came off the truck”, assuming I was asking if the Best Buy employees had opened or tampered with it. Obviously I meant to inquire if I was purchasing a bikini trimmer that had been opened, used by another customer, and returned, but I didn’t realize what he meant until later. Really disgusting that Best Buy allows returns and resales on intimate items, especially without disclosure.
