    Great way to get started with home automation lighting. If you need colored lights of you just want regular lights they have a cheaper 2 light starter kit for I believe 79$.

    I do like these lights for certain applications. They aren't as bright as I hoped for and they don't have a true white color which was too bad. I do like how they can be controlled from my phone.

    I love the Hue lights!! They are amazing and I use them pretty much 24/7 and I love the fact that I can dim and change colors depending on the mood I'm in!

    You need to have the bridge in order for you to change the lights. In order to get the bridge, just purchase the starter pack.

    I'd recommend the hue light strip it was super easy to add to my existing hue implementation and has added great accent lighting to my tv console! It has many color options however it doesn't have all the options the bulbs have which was surprising! I'm now looking for additional ideas in my home and wil be purchasing more light strips in the near future!
