First and last time ordering refurbished

I have over 60 hue lights, all bought new and not refurbished. I opened the first box and rather than a A21 Color bulb there was an A19 ONLY white bulb (which costs next to nothing). So, either someone ripped Best Buy off and returned a lesser bulb in a nicer package, or Best Buy put the wrong bulb in the wrong package. Either way, mistake of Best Buy as they should check at time of return and when sending a refurbished product. They are now telling me I have to drive to Best Buy for the exchange, which takes over an hour round trip.

Ordered 100w/1600 lumen. 75w version delivered.

Pricy but its 1100 lumen (75w)

Color saturation is pretty good (with pnly the blues being a bit muted).

Check it on receipt! Got the wrong bulbs!

The front of the bulb will say 1600 lumens. I got some that were 800 lumens, which is the 60w equivalent bulb!

The 100watts are worth it

I had a few 800 lumen hue bulbs from back in the day in sime japanese paper lanterns I just moved into my garage I am converting into a game room and the ceilings are much higher and the room is more open then the lanterns were in before so they seem very dim but got 3 of these 100watts and they straight radiate!! Was going to get a few more just in case but I can even reduce the brightness to get the light I need

Not working properly

Poor QC - Wrong Bulb
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like a previous reviewer wrote, I opened the package to find a standard 800 lumen white bulb. Either Best Buy isn't actually inspecting these things or the "Geek Squad" facility has very bad QC. I ordered two and luckily the other one was the correct product. Very hard to mix them up, the bulb shape is completely different and the correct 1600 lumen bulb has more weight to it.
