    I bought a refurbished gradient base light stripe. The box was damaged, but the lights have been working perfectly for about a month now. I use them as backlights on the back of my TV. They create a pretty cool atmosphere when synced up with the TV or Spotify.

    Don’t buy the geek squad certified version. It’s 90% defective and missing about 1-2 ft of length. Geek squad did not verify the contents nor did they ensure that it works. Of course I’m opening the package after the return date. Shame on me.

    Instead of a gradient lightstrip I got a lightstrip plus. It was obviously used, dirty and covered in silicone adhesive.

    I ordered a geek squad refurbished item knowing the chances that the item could come incorrectly. When plugged in, portions of the LEDS would not light to the correct color. Best Buy in store understood that this is not the correct operation for this product and accepted the return

  • The box had the wrong lightstrip

    When I opened the box I noticed the lightstrip looked way different than what I paid for, I scanned the ID and it told me it was a "Hue lightstrip plus" which is a cheaper version of this, I think the person that refurbrished this replaced their old lightstrip and got away with it.
