Absolutely love these lights. They totally change the environment of your room. Easy and quick to install, and lots of cool options within the app. I will say that sometimes the app is a bit finicky and the lights are overpriced, but overall, they are great.

My latest addition to my Philips Hue lighting! Very easy to set up despite the fact that I purchased an open box in like new condition that did not include the instructions. I love the backlighting for my television, it enhances movie night. I can’t wait for the Philips Hue Sync box to come back in stock to enjoy the full possibilities!!

Great lights, best for creating a scene. I bought refurbished, but received poorly used items. Best Buy should respect their customers by not selling devices in such conditions.

Love the light but no screws weee in the box and the 3m adhesive also was not included. Sits on desk with no holder … going to contact best buy and see if theyll send me the missing pieces.

I am using these lights behind my TV and they work well. I like being able to change the color and they do a really good job projecting the light behind the TV. I bought these at a deep discount and at at price I believe is more reasonable for this product.

I think the lights are great. First time buying expensive lighting. I like them and now I'm buying more of them. Kinda sucks that I had to buy the hue, but it's cool that I'm hooking up everything to it now.

First I didn’t get it on the date it was going to be delivered and so I got today Saturday and I got so excited because I wanted so bad and wanted to use today for live Virtual Concert Tomorrowland and so when I open the box I started reading how to stall and I see I missing parts so I stop by West Hollywood store and then been in line for a while and then a employee cutting the line at front of me I got so mad because I was there waiting for a while and the guy getting other costumers at front of me and he keep asking me are you picking it up I completely avoid him cause I was going to said something so I stay quiet

An excellent way to save some cash when expanding your Hue light collection is to jump on these geek squad certified versions. The ones I bought were practically brand new and work flawlessly.

I spent 23 minutes on a phone call with the Geek Squad and they were completely useless. The product is very cool, but I cannot properly mount it and secure it to the stand without the screw. The product is missing one screw. I visited the store today and was told to speak to the geek squad and that sometimes geek squad certified refurbished products could be ordered and it is common with TVs. The item was missing one screw. I spoke with the geek squad and they told me to call the geek squad phone number. I explained my issue and was transferred to multiple people who had no idea about what was discussed with the previous person. They told me to visit the store and it would have to be handled in the store, but I repeatedly told them that I visited the store the same day, spoke to the geek squad, was told that they could not to anything, and the only option would be to return it. So, back to the store it goes.

I love these lights! I have some mounted on one tv in the man cave and another set on my tv stand in the living room. Easy to install and easy to use. I would purchase this item again.

I purchased the bb refurbished ones. I got two single sets so I’d have two plugs. Both boxes looked dinged up, but the items themselves were brand new. Works great.
