when i first got this product flash player it was very easy to operate but over time the buttons were very hard to operate...the function keys dont work...and i always have to reset the player...call me stupid but i still havent figured out how to take music off this thing...it just keeps downloading

so far so good, easy to use. i like media palyers so much better than ipods. have to see if we can get some kind of accesories like some kind of case skin etc. only come w/ usb and earbuds, ended up using other heaphones.

I bought this for my mother and overall it is a good mp3 for the price it just doesn't have as many features as I would have hoped.

I was so excited to get an MP3 player with a video feature. This was such a let down. I haven't been able to upload videos, which was the main reason I bought this product. The other features are great!

This is something I bought on a whim for my birthday and it now contains my whole music collection, plus some videos. Mine was a refurbished item but just as good as new. The manual does a good job in telling you how to work the player and how to download music and videos. It does not come with a case and you get the sense it could scratch easily, but mine fits perfectly in a neoprene cell phone holder I found at a dollar store. The player sounds really good with good headphones and you can connect it to your stereo with a "Y" cord.

The first one when you turned in on it was just a blank screen. Could never get to a menu. The second one froze up and I was just listening to the FM radio at the time. Even resetting it didn't help. The third one the buttons stuck. Not such a good product.

Very Good Entertainment System, FM works brilliantly in most of countries(I've visited, after purchasing this)... You can feel the beat, that good is music quality... I've started getting orders from my friends... You gonna love it at this price.
