I love this mp3 player. It was the only one in my price range that has the radio, plays videos, and has a recordor on it. It allow lets me download pics and books on to it. I never leave the house without it.

I purchased this item for a really good friend of mine who is just beginning to use small technology pieces and he really likes this item and says that it is easy to use even for those with big hands. He said that all of the functions were easy to use and all of the controls were easy to set and play while he works out at the gym.

My 8 year old son has really enjoyed this mp3 player. It's his 1st one, and we loaded up lots of songs from his current cd collection. Process was easy... after loading software onto computer! It's still relatively new, but seems to be working well.

I have had nothing but problems with this device. Constantly is locking up. Most songs will not transfer. Other times the songs transfer but the listing says it is a different song and artist. Very, very frustrating!! It took forever to transfer song and sometimes it will them and other times it says there are no songs on the device!!
