The lights are a great asset to our home. We both love the ability to control the lights from our phones and adjust the brightness. We also enjoy the timer function so the bedroom light turns on low and increases in brightness in the morning.

If you don't have a dimmer switch then the white kit is great. It's nice to turn your lights on before you get to the door and not have to leave them on all day so you don't come home to complete darkness. Great cell phone options to control them

I have been going back and forth about making the jump to smart lights. This was the great way to start and see if it was worth the hype. It is such a nice change to be able to control each light separately and on a timer based on my location. I love how it integrates with my phone and echo dot to just speak commands. Over the next year I will be trying to get more lights into the house .

I purchased this to control my outside lights, 2 on the garage and 2 on the front porch. Set-up was easy, directions are almost non-existant so some technical knowledge is a plus. Only thing I don't know is if the bulbs will function during a cold Wisconsin winter.

Pretty easy to setup. They’re great really but I do have one issue with them and it’s kind of a major deal and I’m not sure that there’s a fix for it. At least not one I’ve been able to find via the manufacturer or the internet. The issue I am referring to is one where the lights will permanently disconnect from the bridge that connects them to the internet. Now it doesn’t happen often but maybe once a month. It also seems to be tied with power outages or surges. The storms have been pretty bad around my way and the power will get knocked out here and there. Once the power goes back on the lights will no longer respond to the Philip’s app or my Amazon Echo Dot that I have tied to it as very using the Philip’s Skill through Alexa. I literally have to reset up the lights all over again every time. It doesn’t take long but it is very annoying. Otherwise honestly great product and this issue didn’t seem to be a common one. Must of jut gotten unlucky!

I programmed my light to come on each evening so when I come home late, my home isn't dark. I also use my echo and ask Alexa to turn on my back porch light every night and to turn on my upstairs light when I go up at night. I'm getting spoiled!

Bought these bulbs to use in conjunction with google home. We turn the lights (3 standing floor lamps) on using google home, which is paired to a Phillips adapter. Occasionally one light won't turn on. We're not sure it's an issue with the receiver in the bulb or the Phillips adapter. Asking google home the same request again, usually solves the problem. Solid buy overall.

I purchased this product because I wanted to automate some lights in my home and connect them to the Google mini. It works really well and have a bunch of great options like adding color to your lights, schedules for turning lights on and off. Nothing like telling Google to turn on the lights in the bedroom before walking upstairs to a dark hallway.

Setup was very easy and being able to control the lights via my iPad is awesome.

Didn’t need the colors so I went with this one. The dimming is perfect for all occasions whether reading or watching movies. No complaints, kind of a pain to set up though had to switch channels for the WiFi set up.

Best thing I ever bought, my entire house now has hue bulbs and the ability to customize routines is endless and works flawlessly with Alexa I haven’t touched a light switch in years now and I love it!

This is a good way to start. You get the starter kit with white bulbs. White bulbs are great for those areas that will never need the color bulbs. They dim to a nite lite or as bright as a room bulb. The hub will allow color bulbs to be used for future purchases.

This has been a great product for me using these to remotely control my home and provide a great ambiance for guests. Easy to use and well worth the money that I would be paying lightbulbs not to control them from anywhere.
