I realize these are not made for outdoor use, however, I've used them in an enclosed outdoor light fixture that has been wonderful in regards to it's function. Before we have to remember to turn the lights in every evening or keep them on for several days if we were out of town. The hue lights can now be set up to automatically turn on at sundown and automatically off a sunup. It's worked perfectly. They're bright enough as well. 6 lights won't run you too much.

Needed a way to automate the front porch light. Didn't want to swap out the switch for a smart switch. Spotted these new candle like designed Hue lights and viola. Front porch light that comes on at dusk and off at dawn!

I bought this light to replace aburnt out bulb in the ceiling fan. Totally worth it to spend a little extra to get the full color wheel. You can have it match any room by controlling the shade of color. There’s nothing worse than buying daylight when should have bought warm. Now you can have both and everything in between. I have it hooked up so I use my voice to turn on/off and dim.

I've been waiting for Hue to come out with this type of light. I have one of these in a stairway and now with this version I can remotely turn it off instead of having to reach behind a bookcase to flip the switch. This lightbulb is just like regular Hue bulbs so if you know them then you'll be familiar with this. Very easy to use. Highly recommend.

These lights are bright enough to use one in a three bulb fixture & work great with Amazon echo.

Excellent addition to my automated home. I have these lights installed in my front doorway outside lights and they were great they sink effortlessly with my hue bridge and my Google home app. These have the ability to be set up with timers and to be automatically adjusted to turn off at different times throughout the day whatever you need these lights can do it.

I purchased 10 of the Phillips Hue Smart LED Candle Bulbs to replace regular LED bulbs in my living and dining room chandeliers. I had previously replaced all regular LED bulbs in lamps throughout my house. They work great with Apple Home Kit and with Alexa. The convenience and ability to schedule or turn lights on/off remotely puts my mind at ease when I am away from home.

I have literally one light in my house with an E12 socket. Everything else are E19s. I have Hue lights everywhere in the house except this one room until now. I'm so happy to finally grab one for that room to so the entire house will be complete. Easy install and easy to use. Definitely recommend. Just make sure you have the Hub as well.

Moved from a standard bulb with a connected switch to these. Best change I've made. I can now set them to wake me up with bright daylight as opposed to the softer warm white, but still have the warm white for bedtime. Paired quickly with Hue and Amazon.

This product works exactly as described. Screw it in and sync it with your Hue app and done. Can be controlled from iOS or Android apps as well. I installed 3 of these in my entryway and created an automation that lights these bulbs to 80% whenever the first person in our family arrives home. Works so flawlessly that I don't even have to think about it.

We had problems getting it to sync at first, but got it to eventually. Its a little bigger than the traditional style bulb of the same type. That made it hard to get the cover back on our ceiling fan.

For some reason, these were hard to get everywhere and I needed 16! So I drove all around my little state and ordered the rest online. They are expensive but crucial for your smart home process and they are stunning, quality smart bulbs which work well with both my bridge and my Wemo. So they are compatible with both systems then. Love these!

Using these in the enclosed light on a ceiling fan. Working great, they stay cool. They work on the HUE app or I use Alexa to control them. Love being able to control the light from cool to warm and the brightness. Have been using them for over a month and they work great, no glitches.

Wasn't able to use average sized bulbs in the chandeliers at my new apartment, and needed to connect more lights to have the zigbee network operational throughout the house. This works just as well as the standard size, and gives more options to what can be a smart light!

Finally, I can replace my fan bulbs with hue candle! Been waiting for a while for these to come out and they work perfectly.
