Hue lights are expensive but they are premium quality and build. I have total of 11 in my house with a Hue Bridge. The best part is they just work, you can be very creative by creating multiple different scenes for movie night, dinner night etc, it also works with Homeassistant and other automation platforms, so I would say sky is the limit.

While expensive, these lights did not disappoint. I have been anxiously awaiting the hi hat trims to come out in color and white as I had their regular bulbs in the cans and what a difference this makes. They’re clean looking and work well! Use them for my home bar for ambience and for when my favorite sports teams score. These really are great.

Expensive for some reason, but they add atmosphere and depth to your home, with unlimited color combinations, that once easily paired with the hue bridge and the app downloaded, provides unmatched ambiance.

I purchased two of them and they work great. My Hue hub recognized them immediately and I had them linked to Alexa shortly thereafter. I placed them in short cans in an overhead piece of furniture I built and they look great. No trim kits required.

These are the simplest recessed lights to put in and mount, especially if you already have a recessed can in the ceiling. You just plug in the cable, rotate the mount arms to the right 5 or 6 inch size, and just push it in.

We can create all sorts of scenes and ambience. Really a great product. I have my entire house with these lights. Took me about eight years to do so. But it’s working great. Easy to installIt’s all about the feels

Purchased two for our home theater and works great. We have other hue products and more than likely will purchase a few more for the theater (light strips.) Theater is almost complete...a few more wiring projects and a new entertainment console is all that is left.

The man cave looks awesome, my wife did great with this purchase. The only purchase I have agreed with since our marriage began. lol

Love the lights. Very easy to install and also easy to connect to the philip hue box. Kinda expensive when you put them in every room but we'll worth the cost

Works well, I have installed them outside as porch lights, no issues with WiFi or talking the hue hub unit. Worked with Alexa easily and the app recognized the newly installed lights. My existing lights had a customizable bracket for ensure the light for snuggly inside the unit. These Philips lights didn’t support the bracket but comes with bendable metal brace inside, it took me a little longer to get the bracket to fit properly when installing the lights, but other than that, there were no other issues…

Used them for our soffit lighting and looks great! Easy to change colors for the holidays!

I love these lights! The family loves these lights! Once the kids turn them on with the house switch (provide power, then can be turned on/off with the remote) they work great. There is a very slight connection delay (thru wi-fi) but it doesn't bother me. The bacis hue app lets you do a small amount of color changes as well as pick and adjust each color individually. However, to get more out of the lights, you do need to download 3rd party apps, which gives you more variety, but anything more than their basic package, you'll need to pay in app for upgrades. COPY DOWN the item number on paper (every light has their own) BEFORE you install, as you will need those to enter into the hue app to connect to the bridge so that it will work

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE these Hue White and Color Ambiance lights. They were super easy to change over to from the recessed lighting that was already there. They are very easy to program with both Alexa and the Siri Home app. The Hue Bridge is a “must have” because it allows access to millions of colors and best of all they look great. The ability to be able to change the color of the various rooms depending on what’s going on is really cool AND it helps create a very relaxing environment. As we were changing them out we were VERY SURPRISED at how HOT the old lights were and these are as cool as can be. If we had known all of this earlier we would have switched a long time ago….HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I absolutely love these lights. They are perfect to upgrade your standard lights to smart light package. My house was built in 1999 with standard recessed lights and I used these to upgrade the lights in my kitchen, dining, living and movie rooms. No tools required!! One of the great things about the HUE system is they connect to a hub and the hub connects to your router. Other smart bulbs connect directly to your router and can drain your bandwidth depending on the number of lights you install. The smart phone App is also easy to use.

Love my Hue lighting ecosystem - these recessed lights provide beautiful, uniform lighting to brighten the room during the day in whatever shade of white lighting suits you. But they truly make your room come alive at night with color. Easy to replace in existing recessed fixtures. Phone app is easy to use and works every time. Tried a cheaper brand first and returned them because they constantly lost connectivity to app and Alexa. And there's nothing better than being able to control all the Hue lights in the house with Alexa voice commands! Never walk into a dark house again. At night, you just say Goodnight Alexa and all the lights slowly fade to off. Hue is a great upgrade for your home.

I've been a fan of the Philips Hue Smart Lights for many years. In my previous home, I had 20+ lights and they worked flawlessly. When I remodeled, I went big and bought approximately 50 of the recessed downlight for all of the cans in the house. The bottom line is that I couldn't be happier. They were simple to install, fit snug, work perfectly and the updated set up (find new lights) was way easier than inputing serial #s. Excellent Product.

Hue is amazing, and we have almost every light in the house on Hue, some 35 celling and lamps in all color. We love having parties and letting the lights create the mood. I would never go back to just a white light ever again.

This is a really good recessed light. Pretty bright and easy to use. I didn't use a cam for it as I didn't need one. You can just cut the e26 adapter off and wire it into two wire system. Works perfect. Plus if you're worried about it need a can to stay put you don't. It has the three prong retractable clips and you just insert it and twist clockwise and they'll dig into the dry way
