These are nifty little lamps. They actually work great during power outages too. Easy to carry around the house. Can change to any color as long as you have the hue app on your phone and the hue bridge to communicate with them and your other hue devices.

Love Philips hue products very high-quality lights and are wireless

While the product is great when it works, I purchased two of these and they BOTH dies the exact same way, via static electric shock just by touching them. The lights turned red and stayed that way.

Device arrived with scuffs and marks on the inside of the packaging and inside packaging also looked tampered with. Planning on a return/exchange. Device otherwise functions great. Philips Hue is generally overpriced, but I’m willing to pay for the quality because there’s really not anything else like it for Apple home integration.

The way this product was presented completely blew my mind. IT It's really portable and great both indoors and out, however I wouldn't venture outside during a downpour. It drops quite well! Because I use it in a tiny location and it has repeatedly hit the floor, which freaks me out, it is difficult to reconnect a screw on top, but it doesn't require equipment or cause unnecessary stress. On the brightest setting, though, it is unable to provide adequate light for a typical small room (12 x 14'); at least TWO of these are required for this, and it is difficult to get the color and hue settings just right with its single button!

Got this lamp to use as a changing dresser lamp for our infant. It’s perfect for the amount of light it puts off and is very useful for its portable feature when needing to walk to the kitchen in the middle of the night to make a bottle. Looks great aesthetically too. The only thing is it is not that dynamic with the range of colors like you see with other Phillips Hue products. Would recommend something different if you’re needing more color. Perfect for how we use it though.

For full disclosure, I was given an entry to win a gift card for writing this review. I'm not very keen on that sort of play for pay mentality. This lamp was smaller than I had expected. It is definitely high quality, as it is made of metal. I also did not realize that this is a two-piece device, the lamp itself and the charging base. The lamp can technically be used without the charging base. As with the other Hue products I own, they connect seamlessly with the Hub and work flawlessly. Be light output of the lamp was also dimmer than I had expected. That's somewhat limits me as to where I can place the lamp for maximum effectiveness. Overall, I can live with that drawback.

Perfect for those in the Hue ecosystem but also as a versatile starting point fort hose not. Charges easily on the stand and lasts days. Nice modern look that is conveniently portable with a quality feel to the weight and grip.

Doesnt put out a ton of light into the room, but works great as a lamp for the center of the table if the table doesnt have an outlet. I wouodnt count on it for lighting up a room though.

This light is a combination of modern, elegance, and chic to any space. I love that its portable and that the light is not too bright. Your ambient lighting will have a different touch with this one.

Oh my goodness, I love this lamp! I got the white one and it is more useful than I thought it would be. I love how convenient it is to move around the house. I have it grouped with a zone so it will automatically come on. We had a power outage recently and I used my Hue Go that evening. This will also be a great addition when we have another power outage. I take it in the backyard in the evening and it gives a nice bit of ambient light, but isn't too dim. If you put it on the brightest setting, it can actually be enough to work by, depending on what you're doing. I think I'll be adding a second one in the future.

Not quite as bright as a standard hue bulb, but I definitely appreciate the portability of the lamp. Would come in very handy when the power goes out.

Great desk lamp that integrates into the HUE network with the rest of my lighting. It’s portable so works great in case of a power outage as the base is a battery.

Made out of metal; no cheap crappy platic. Firm button on top that seems like it would take alot of abuse before breaking. Every single color on the planet can be produced by this lamp, and at a pretty bright level too. Charge lasts a good while when off the charging stand.

High quality light. Can't wait to buy more of these
