I love these when it comes to having 20+ hue bulbs, strips, plugs, etc. They are fast to toggle from app, and alexa. Their system is great for us. They are timer programmable too.

Bought this plug to extend my range to my outdoor Philips lights. The plug was setup and running in less than five minutes and my outdoor light are now in range of the Philips hub.

Easy to setup and pairs well with existing hue devices. I had other smart plugs but they weren’t always responsive. The hue plug is a bit more expensive but extremely reliable.

Great option for items that don't have smart features. We use this for a beautiful hanging lamp that would otherwise be frustrating to use without this. It does make a very light clicking sound when activated which can be a little annoying at first but is low enough to quickly stop noticing.

If you have a hue ecosystem these are so nice to have. For us, we generally use it for patio lights with a sensor or Christmas lights outside and on our tree. You can set up them with a dawn to dusk setting which then in automatically when the sun begins to go down. It's wonderful.
You can also use for electric fireplaces or coffee makers to have an auto on if you'd like to wake up to the smell of brewed coffee.
They work seamlessly with the app too, so don't waste your time waiting. Just get it. You'll want to before they usually sell out before Christmas.

I don't know what took Philips Hue so long to come out with there own smart plug. It was a easy and simple connection like when adding there bulbs. I haven't had no disconnect problems at all, mainly because its zigbee protocol and not just wifi connection. I will definitely be ordering more smart plugs to go around the house.

I have had 3 WeMo "smart plugs" which look exactly like this Philips product. But after a few months, and moving from one room to another, they quite responding. I even purchased the WeMo Bridge to plug directly into the WiFi router, which was a wasted effort and $$ flushed. Having several (many, some would say) Hue lights, I decided to give this a try. It synched immediately, recognizing the Hue Bridge quickly, and now controlling the on and off cycle for our grow lamps for the upcoming gardening season seed sprouting.

The plug does exactly what it was supposed to do. No surprises - if you bought into the Hue ecosystem, you probably already have a good idea of what the uses of this are. If you haven't, DON'T do it! It's a money trap, and their pricing structure is outrageous.

The most reliable smart plug I have tried. So far have been using multiple of these plugs and never had them disconnect or be unreachable. Super easy to pair to the home station.

Works well....I like the ease of installing outlet plugs on the app and controlling it/setting up timers.
Unfortunately, we stopped using because we had more devices than we wanted on our network.
We presently are using mostly Philips products for SmartHome with all those devices acting as one going thru the hub.
The Wemos go off your wifi as individual devices. We had to bring down our number of devices from 29 so switched over to Philips outlets too.

I got this so I could run it thru my Apple Home & use voice command to turn off my 32” 4K Monitor I have hooked up to my IPad Pro & Apple 4K 3rd Generation TV. I went with Phillips Hue & use the Phillips Hue Hub because when power flickers or goes out I don’t have to reconnect both light & plug I have to WiFi. They work so flawlessly.
