Shaver provides a clean, close shave. The charge lasts for over a week. Only downside so far is that it's not easy to clean with just a brush. Not willing to rinse it with water.

My first ever electric shaver. Old school guy I guess? Used to using regular razors which I have realized give you a much closer shave than the electric. This for me, however, is kinda a good thing. My regular razor shaved so closely, I would have what I like to refer to as “Bologna Face”! Guys you know, that shave so close that kinda mixes the characteristics of a 13 year old kids face with a grown mans face? Anyway, hate the “bologna face” & the electric gives me a much more convenient shave that prevents the “bologna face” from occurring. As far as quality so good so far. My first electric so hard for me to compare. My buddy has used them for years & states this model is a really good high quality electric razor.

We got this for our teenage son, since my husband had the same brand shaver and he was happy with his. Our son loves it. Easy to use, no problem with cuts and no irritation. Very convenient, one charge lasts for multiple uses.

Purchased this Philips Norelco 5300 Wet/Dry Electric Shaver for my special needs son to replace an old razor. Excellent electric shaver. Provides a close shave, wet or dry, cleans easily and recharges quickly.

I've used it about 4 times and so far its great. Light weight, easy to use and clean. Only thing is it only works using it cordless, not while plugged in to a power source, so it has to be charged all the time.

Very good product for the best buy price! It does a superb job cutting my facial hair. I would have given it a 5, but I feel with a little over grown hair you have to make many passes for all the hair to be cut. Furthermore, I feel like I go through plenty of shaving cream to get a clean shave. Foamed up hair is where the 5300 shines. Maintenance is easy and and a cinch to clean up. Since the majority of the unit is waterproof, I find myself running water over the rotary blades often and boy does it help to keep clean and each stroke rotation new and clean!!

The shaver is much better than expected! For 30 years, I have used Norelco; my last two were about $200+. This lower-priced shaver is better than either of my previous shavers. It's an excellent buy.

Great razor for the price. Works well even notifies you when you need to clean it. Would highly recommend this razor. Shipment was fast, on time and the razor was well protected.

I've never been a fan of electric razors, as I don't feel they shave you close enough. This one is different and gives a very close shave and the charge lasts quite a long time.

Excellent price for a quality product. It is easy to snap/replace the trimmer with the shaving head. I v'e used it for a few months now, and it works great with either attachment.

Great shaver. Used wet or dry. I use mine with shaving cream and the shave is just as close as a traditional raver. Does to tug or cause any irritation. Highly recommend.

Pro - good battery life. Shave is good. Con-small compartment for collecting stubble. Have to change put attachment to do trimming

Bought this as a "Deal of the day". A good price and made more sense than to purchase replacement blades for a several years old razor. Does a pretty good job shaving (I only have used as dry shaver). The manufacturer recommends running water over blades daily (previous razor used a cleaning brush daily and occasional water cleanout). Two types of head units that snap on and off. Hopefully over time with frequent head changing the mechanism remains tight. Fairly quick charging. You cannot use razor while plugged in, so must make sure you have at least a minimum charge. I could recommend.

I waited to review this as it was a gift for my husband. My husband has reallllly thick hair and I wasn't sure if this would do the trick. He uses this for his head, as he shaves his head bald. This thing saves him so much time and he does not have to get to the clippers when it is just too long for the razor. He swears by this thing and how he hasn't had to charge it but twice since he bought it. Highly recommended.

Great price and fast delivery. Hope it will last. Best if you use the pre-shave. I use Lectric Shave (pre-shave) and it really helps to get a comfortable and complete shave.

Good smooth cuts and no snagging. Shower usage waterproof. Rechargeable battery is a plus. Easy to clean even with shaving use.

Works very well and is very handy to use for a nice shave. It is easy to use and clean. No more nicks. Also it was great bargain since I got it as a Deal of The Day.

The battery lasts a very long time, and if it dies while shaving, a quick 5 minute charge will allow you to finish. Great price too. Comfortable and close shave.

This is a great trimmer that is easily cleaned up by running it under water i have found it works better to use it dry and before a shower
