i used to have foil shavers, this is my first philips shaver and i loved it. build quality is awesome, very quiet. if you dont need the cleaning stand or the nice travel bag you have 5500 model option too.

I was tired of buying new blades for my old shaver and it still did not shave as clean as I wanted it to. I would shave with a razor every other day. This shaver cleans my face like a baby's butt.

This shaver works great with a lot less effort than my previous one. Where razors range in price from this all the way up to and over $300 I must say I am very happy with the performance and how quiet and thorough the cleaning system is.

Shaver works about like their less expensive models but this one has a cleaning device which isn't really necessary. Norelco shavers are good products. I've owned three of their chargeable shavers.

I enjoy my new electric shaver because it gives me a smooth clean shave with out the razor burn.

Great shaver if you shave your head it it the prefect thing you can you use. Not very good on shaving your breed it pulls your hairs a lot.

I can go nearly a month without having to charge this shaver Great for travel when you dont need to bring a charger

This was a gift for my dad who has had the worst luck with getting what he wanted out of a razor. He couldn't be more pleased with the results of the shave.

This shaver makes it easy to shave everyday in a short amount of time. I haven't had it long enough yet to know how well the battery will last

It's ok, it does shave that well under the chin or neck but the reason i bought it is to shave my head and it does a good job on that.

I bought this to keep what hair I have left cut real short, this razor makes quick and easy work of it!

This is the best way to shave! Dry face or with shaving cream it is quick and easy. I'm so glad I upgraded from my regular razor blade.

Philips Norelco - 5700 Clean & Charge Wet/Dry is great - close shaves without razor burn.

This razor shaves really close. Very convenient to have the cleaning/charging station. One of the best razors that I have purchased.
