Great quality when purchased on sale. Like the improved floating heads. The beard trimmer is a bit awkward at first, but it does a fine job. I rinse the cutting head daily, but use the cuttting head washer every other week. This seems to work fine.

Only concern was that it did not seem to shave as close as my Braun which this replaced, otherwise easy to use and clean

Good Razer to begin with. Had it for a month with no problems. Cleaning system not all encompassing. Still need to remove heads for full cleaning.

Not as close of a shave as i thought. I thought this will replace my mach 3 but i still went back to it after 2 weeks.

So far the best shaver I've had, I feel that it takes care of the longer hairs better than previous shavers I have owned.

After using this product numerous times with great satisfaction I would strongly recommend it to everyone and I would easily make the same purchase again.

I got the shaver as a stand-in when I cannot use my razor, and it is okay. It will get pretty close but will miss some hairs (you know - the ones that are too lazy to stand up straight). I prefer to get some water, lotion, soap, or something to help with the irritation, since it takes a bit of work to get my face "smooth". Still, it is better than the straight foil shavers I have tried.

Head attachment seems flimsy, old one was on a hinge much easier to clean.

gave it about 10 shaves and little improvement, on a 3 day shadow it does pretty good. 5-6 days not really that good, need a razor to finish up. Was looking for a electric that could shave the neck area, this can not. I followed all the tips and no luck. I tried different directions and pressures with little luck.

This razor gives a nice shave, however I find it noisier than my last one.

I was using the Norelco 5300 before switching to this one. Works great, and the cleaning/charging base is very convenient.
