Not worth the price at least for my beard...

I would have to get my real blade razor out to finish my shave on my neck. What is the point in that? I returned and will try the Braun 790.

Sensitive blades pull some hairs

Was disappointed. Wish they kept the architec or the open blades for that unit.

Not what I was hoping for

Razor does not cut my gray hairs and if you don't shave everyday it will not cut longer hair well. Went back to Braun.

Worst Purchase Ever

The shaver has left me with more bumps that I have ever had since adulthood. Despite the hype and claim from the OEM that is is for sensitive skins...it is definitely not! I have used other low cost shavers and have rarely had bumps, this is not the case with a Philips Norello shaver. It’s complete waste of money and causes a lot of pain using it. I followed all instructions for use and also gave it time to see if I can adapt and live with it. Counting my losses here as it is past return period in my wanting to give it time. My chin is full of bumps now as a result of using this shaver.

Cleaning Stand did not work

The basin fills up with solution, and drains, but does not go through the cycle. It is extremely disappointing to get a high end razor that fails almost immediately after purchase.
