I’m on my 2nd razor purchased from Best-Buy online. I recieved my 1st razor open the razor head and found hair inside, called customer service, explained what happen, agent apologized & sent me a 2nd razor to my surprise the 2nd razor was another open used item with hair still inside the razor head. I haven’t heard back from best buy yet but this is unacceptable & not safe at all. Blood borne pathogens such as Hepatitis C can live on razors for several weeks. I didnt make a big deal about the 1st razor but whats the chance of sending two used razor as new items. Very disappointing & unsafe. Probably not legal but I’m no lawyer. So check your items make sure seal isn’t broken.

I have purchased several groomers in the past, and this surpasses all of them. It doesn’t burn or cut the skin especially for sensitive areas. The very simple handle attachment is great for the back and legs

Excellent for reaching my back. I am able to get everything with ease. Nice close shave and doesn't leave any scratches on my body. I also use it on my family jewels, nice and smooth. Very easy to clean and maintain.

Great design push or pull trimming blades with the shaving screen in between them. Guards are smooth and don't poke dig into skin. Very satisfied with its performance.

I’ve been using the Philips Bodygroom 5000, and it’s fantastic! The dual-sided design makes trimming and shaving super easy, and it’s gentle on the skin. I love that it’s waterproof, so I can use it in the shower. The battery lasts a long time, and it’s really comfortable to hold. Highly recommend!

Works great without any guards attached. Cuts hair smoothly with no pulls or cuts. With guards on however, it doesn't work well at all. multiple passes over any area and it cuts maybe 10% of the hair.

Great trimmer all around! Charge lasts for numerous trims. Back attachment is pretty awesome, making trimming a solo job is really nice.

The shaver works very well both on back and chest. Well worth the money. I would recommend to anybody that likes to keep well groomed.

This purchase replaced an older Phillips body groomer I had. So far no issues. It cuts body hair (in private areas too) without cutting your skin. Washes clean too. Highly recommended. The only issue I have is there is no travel case.

Works very well, is easy to handle, and the extension arm is a game changer.
