My newer model norelco in general does not seem to work as well as my older version - but still a good product - use it every day

Electric razor is 2 years old. As expected, the original blades were dull and worn. The new blade set brought the razor back to original performance.

In order to get the closest shave you need to replace your blades every year. It's pretty easy to do, but you've got to be careful not to loose the small parts. I've had my razor for going on three years and these blades will be the second set I've purchased and the third set that have been in the unit. It's working like new again.

The old Norelco heads wore to the point of sounding strange while shaving. These are the model I needed to use (HQ8) and they work very well. I am now getting a better shave just by replacing the old heads with new.

These things aren't cheap but unless you catch a smoking deal on a new razor this is the next best thing. You don't realize how worn they are until you replace them.

I have always used Norelco blades, would not use any other.

The original blades lasted a few years, but couldn't last forever. I shopped around and found them at Best Buy. I had forgotten how good the shaver worked when new. The replacement blades are that good.

I have had this Philips Norelco shaver for 14 years, and replace the shaving head annually. These are Philips parts and work well, the price was fair and delivery was very fast. Very satisfied.

I used these blades tomreplace older ones on a model I bought at Costco. What I learned is that most mfgrs make special models onlynfor Costco and replaccement oarts don't always fit snuggly or correctly. That's the case with these replacement blades. They work, but they fall out every time I clean out the shaver.

Always keep new blades on hand. When you need them, you'll know it. In the old days, you didn't need new blades. Now, keep some on hand just in case. These are great sharp blades.

The shaving heads fit very well for my spectra 8894 XL model. I can feel the difference with the new replaced shaving head. The one I got was made in Netherland.
