This is the highest quality trimmer I've ever owned. It feels substantial in your hand, and the weight contributes to superior control. It is relatively quiet; its reassuring whir is reminiscent of professional barbershop tools. All of the attachments are also high quality. The only thing chintzy is the bag, but you can upgrade that aftermarket or splurge on the manufacturer's top-of-the-line version of this groomer. My only other complaint is that the power button is positioned so that it is relatively easy to inadvertently depress it while operating the trimmer, which can pull the hairs of your seven-day-old beard. I'll call that an operator error, however.

Although not what i was initially looking for, this has worked out great for me. I usually do a zero on the sides and an 8 on top. To do this, i have to switch from the regular blade to the wider blade during my cuts, but it works. I also was surprised with the eyebrow attachment to trim those, since i've been using scissors every now and then for a trim. Battery lasts longer than i need it for. I use this about every other week and charge right after. It never dies before i finish (15-30 minutes of use, depending if i want to trim the top or not). At some point, i'll get a more traditional clipper for fades, but this will do for now.

This is the last trimmer I will buy - until the battery stops working - that should be a good 10 years at least I think of use. Very attractive build quality, looks good in the bathroom. I wish there was an inductive charger as I hate taking on the cable, but it runs for weeks on one charge very easily. This model comes with so many attachments and a nice bag to zip them up in. There are more than enough attachments to do any type of trimming - almost too many. It is awkward to remove the main head - it seems like you're breaking it, but it seems to be designed well to last long and once you get the hang of it it is a short click away to modify it.

It's been a year or more since I got this, I was waiting some time to give a proper review. Excellent product so far, 100% recommended.

It's a wonderful versatile product. Bur I am still confused as to why the vendor apologizes that I haven't received it yet. I would like to straighten this out.

This trimmer is small and the battery life is amazing. Comes with a bunch of attachments to get the right trim.

I look good now, quiet and cool with a sharp blade to keep me looking tight.

We were looking for a clipper for hair cuts post pandemic. We used it for two rounds of hair cuts for both me and my son. It is a great tool for those who want to do a plain hair trim and are not too fussy about their hair. It gives a smooth cut through dense hair without hurting you and it also gets the job done quickly. It is not very noisy. It is quite sturdy and has a nice steel finish. It offers a variety of attachments but we haven't got to get to use it yet. Overall we found it a good purchase especially if you intend to continue managing your hair cuts at home for the next few months.

Excellent battery. For my kind of use, it stayed for a month with out recharging. I loved it. The materials used are very high quality. Having a very good battery means, it's a bit on the heavier side. But you get used to it pretty quickly. The strength of the motor is pretty good and it does not feel lost in power at all. The only design flaw I felt was the power button is placed right where the thumb rests on my kind of application which is trimming the hair. Initial days of usage, it would turn off since I was holding hard as I was getting used to the weight. But now I have mastered the handling and now it has blended to my life. Highly recommend.

Works great to trim beard and mustache. Many other attachments for shaving, eyebrows , ear hair, etc. Holds charge for multiple uses. Very sturdy.

I've needed a new trimmer for a while, so I grabbed this on sale. It's quiet and smooth, with plenty of trimmer guard lengths and widths. It's comfortable in my hand and lightweight. No hair pulling or skin pinching on face and body. I don't need to shower with it, so the 9000 series isn't worth the extra money to me. The only thing I don't like about it is no charging stand. The design of the plug means it has to lay on its side to charge, making it take up space unnecessarily.

This is much easier to use than my old plug in trimmer. It comes with lots of attachments and keeps a charge a long time.

This replaced another Phillips trimmer and it’s been wonderful. It’s amazing how long the battery lasts—I feel like I haven’t charged it in a year.

Have not cut my hair in 20 years, finally had to. One problem with cutting your own hair is it can take some time and typical wireless trimmer doesn't last very long. This one has no issue! Over an hour and it was still going fine so the spec 5 hours should be fine. Pretty good for beard, but not great for close trim beard. This imo is definitely more tune for hair and beard trim, but not super close shave. Overall the cut is strong and good, no hair stuck. I like this does not require oil for the blade like most trimmer do. Overall very satisfied.
